EDIT: This mod has been moved to it's own thread: Room For Rent - Walkthrough Mod [v1.2.1] [NightTrain]
Please find the up-to-date version of the mod there, and report any bugs related to the walkthrough on that thread instead of here.

Here's a walkthrough mod I'm working on for Room For Rent. Just download it and put it in your [Room For Rent]/game folder. It automatically explores all the menu choices for you (up until the beginning of the next turn) and color-codes the menu choices based on how good the choice is (Green = event will trigger, Light Green = some stats will improve, Orange = some stats will decrease, Red = game over, White means you'll probably see something but it's not important to the game progress, and Grey mean's nobody is there).

It saves a lot of time when looking for missing events - just keep hitting "skip an hour" until you see something green. It doesn't give you the most optimal play-through (in terms of finding all events in the least amount of time), but you'll be directed to all the events.

You can turn the color-coding on or off by clicking on the CHEAT button in the lower left corner of the screen. I suggest keeping the color-coding off until you get stuck, or else the game becomes too linear. Also, when you hover over a menu choice you'll see a list of the game variables that will change up until the end of the turn if you select the choice (assuming you play the best options on future menu choices that turn).

I haven't had time to fully test this with a full play-through (that will take weeks), so I'm looking for a few brave souls to try this out and report any bugs you find and provide suggestion for improvements.

Note that this mod been designed for Version 9.0 Beta. It probably won't be 100% reliable with newer versions, although, unless the developers change the inner-workings of the significantly, I hope it'll still be helpful. And if not, I'll just update the mod.

And, if the mod causes problems, just delete walkthrough.rpy from your game folder.

UPDATED to mod version 1.01. It should now work with unpacked .rpa files.
what a good stuff
thanks

I've restarted the game from the start and followed the walkthrough to the T and I can't get the swimming pool event on day 39 @ 16:00 and don't know why, here's my save again.

You need your relationship with Amy to be over 110. Maybe try grinding that up a bit first. I couldn't get it to trigger on that day by following walkthough posted here, but could trigger it soon after, I think.
Got if figured out. The WT available on here is really outdated. I downloaded the one from Ce La Vie's patreon page from Lukomo. It's been a great help. After getting through the grind of the first few weeks in the game it's getting way better with much better events.

Here -
The google doc is very outdated. There are free walkthroughs available on CeLaVie's patreon page posted by Lukomo. They are much more accurate with the events.

Such a good game.
I am this close to signing up on their Patreon page to support them, however, they have not answered if they do an Android port or not, I have asked the dev a few times too.
I mostly play on my tab and yeah, my PC is ancient old.

The game is super! Suggestions work. Don't forget to go to the office and take screenshots. Then the game moves

If they switch to the Gold Patrons, the walkthrough and saves (all days) for each version will be available on the day of the update, latest one day after (if I have to work while the update is released). For example 10_0 Alpha A, 10_0 Beta, 10_0 Beta A, 10_0 Beta B and 10_0 Beta C. So that you can easily finish each update.

Sorry for not replying to you. I receive almost 400 mails per day so...It's my plan to release an Android version from release 11 that will be out for Gold members May 4th.

Check the developers note:

So far - we have spent more than 2 years to create a non compromised "State of the Art" adult game.
Please feel free to try it out
playb0y44 It is a very rare individual that wakes up one day and says "I'm going to create a visual porn game" and then cranks it out in a very short time. Depending upon how you go about it, creating original models, original sets, animations, a story ... all of these take quite a bit of time. If a developer is extremely detail oriented and wants to create a highly unique game, all of the elements that have to be attended to ... a unique set, tweaking geometries, changing surfaces, camera angles, lighting, etc. take a considerable investment of time.

All of these areas are just for the visuals of a game and speak nothing to the underlying coding and planning of the game, as well as scriptwriting single or even multiple paths.

When you see a game released, that is the tip of the iceberg. It is the end result of a lot of hard work. If the dev says they spent two years on the game, based on my experience playing it, I have absolutely no reason to doubt it.
