Vesper's Booty is a pirate themed Add-On that will lead you to the southern expanse. It will include everything you would expect from it: Treasures, Ship battles and a lot of exploration!

Have you tried running from C:\? The devs have warned against running from other drives.

yeah I did that first and it gave the same thing. it still said D:\ while it was in C:\
