I'm pretty sure you just talk to her. All the scenes you have are available in the same place and aren't ever locked after you've unlocked them.
I know you have to unlock them, but where is the menu to replay them , how do I find the menu?

There isn't a replay menu, you play them again in the same place you did the first time, iirc.

I barely played any of the game back when there were scenes like that I'm afraid. The walkthrough for the old version of the game Mishun was talking about is back here, but doesn't mention that scene.

You certainly don't need a walkthrough. Older comments where that was the case are no longer accurate.

Was there no way to avoid the old man scene? i don't understand why people would complain if it's only in a certain path/choice.

But if someone wants to play that version they can find it on sites like svscomics. Me personally I avoid ugly old dudes and ugly fat bastards in games as I don't want to see either one of them nude.
