It's always the same story... SR7 has some good ideas but bites off way more than he can chew. This makes it so that the fans are almost always disappointed when the update he promises at a given deadline is delayed (though the last one was perhaps the worst offender yet since we found out about the delay the day it was supposed to be released AND what we got was next to nothing)

I mean it technically is, they have no intentions of going back and adding the content that they originally intended to put into it so it's "done".
Its for the best though. If they go back and add things to past events there is a high chance of them breaking stuff and making it unplayable and then half of the following update would be bug fixes instead of new content.
Tala and Roulette were supposed to be guests you could bring on the yacht. Damn shame.
Tala can be brought there. Roulette will probably be added eventually (probably with Huntress or Black Canary).
This game is awesome. Whoever created this game, obviously knows what they're doing.

I started checking it out again for the first time in probably 2-3 years and I can say I'm impressed with the amount of characters? But I honestly don't remember how much of this is newer content. I remember Galatea, I remember that superpowers section under Lex's stats, I remember that they haven't actually implemented tier 3 of the Device Upgrades in forever unless I'm mistaken, I don't remember the Stryker Island bit but who knows.
It depends if you see adding the Amazon event as expanding the story or not.

Yes, though keep in mind the game uses Windows registry to save itself. You can and probably will fuck stuff up if you go dabble in there. There's also the fact the game shouldn't even work, according to the dude(s) who made the Unity template SR7 uses, so that's there too
