I've been trying for a few days now...what exactly are the stats on those perverion amps. I've barely been able to get 133 mill, and that's with a 200 IQ bot and 2 +49 amps and 3 +48's. I can't wrap my head around a 139 getting this kind of value. Just for the sake of preventing my wasting time on an impossible task...did you use console commands or some other modification to get this bot to this value?

You need a bot with very high base skills. And an elite shell with 4 very good bonuses.
All amps here are +51.

Highest I've ever got from that rando merchant after days of scroll scumming is a few 49's. I didn't even think anything beyond that was even in the RNG pool. All the body pieces I found and I rerolled the cortex till I have a 200 or higher bot with 4 hearts, guess those amps really are the difference. I'll have to go back to the merchant I guess. Just suprised to see that value on a 138 when that's the highest factor when it comes to multipliers. I've had similar stats, one in the 600 range rest in 400 or 500 and still never scratch 80 mill with that IQ...oh well, back to try and get something close so I can send it over on the mutiverse pod.

Whoops, not the same bot as the original post. That's bot is insane! Well done. Am I on the wrong version? (1.40) That one doesn't even have the elite precursor cortex and it's doubled any value I've ever done. Those +51's must really make a huge difference in value. Most times I'm averaging 111 mill if I got a great cortex roll. with elite precortex, all elite bod parts 3 48 amps, 2 49 amps and 213 IQ. Skills usually end low to mid 400's except for bondage which is 600 or just shy of it
...gotta find those higher amps. You find them via the random encounter merchant, right?

Alrighty. Saw the completed tag and the different art style so I gave it a go.

The start was great. The pacing was good all the way until the Andorians...i mean Xenos(cough). Progression with your 2 early companions kept the game going for me to finish the game. Bot building was a neat concept. Rolling the dice until the precursor cubes helped to not burn out high end cortex's. Although leg parts took the longest of any part to find lvl 3's. Must be not enough praise to RNGesus. Krell area felt a lot like the slums you would find in a generic RPGMaker game area, but needed way more... degeneracy? Depravity? Corruption? Just more there imo. Not sure how I felt over all as I couldn't maintain mood with the ladies without burning up items especially when questing there. Stats were gatekept since there was only 2 characters with any real stat progression.

T'ris - The hot lady Spock. Neat character to say the least. Already we know she is established as calculating. Spent a favorable amount of time turning her into a fine tuned closet slut. I felt that she needed to have more of a semi-shell breaking and would try to rationalize to let her freak flag fly. Something along the lines of 'For the good of the mission at any random moment she would question the captain if she needs to render her 'support' so the mission may continue on'.

Nimhe - My Gaelic is near nonexistent but im pretty sure its pronounced like 'Ne - Vah'. She is my favorite. Nicest body model of them all imo. I saw the dev say he wanted to continue with the Krell Dome for the pony shows and thats cool. I just think there needed more stat generation overall to make it so all the submissive / exhibition points would be more than enough to level out krell uniform moods.

The others didn't feel like there was enough content to make them seem like characters. Vee was shaping up to be a 'mom-teaches-sex' trope but that kinda fell out. Khelara i felt should have had more of an impact when you help her area of Quthor. the FP felt way too grindy for the characters Arellarti+. I would hope there was some progress level when nothing is off the table when it comes to favors (T'ris has sex without the need for alcohol). Last 3 zones were kinda of a drag. It didn't feel like a porn game anymore after Arellarti really. I play path of exile so I didn't think it was a grind.

Overall I will likely play this again after the final of the final is done. The mission hints / progress should be a bit easier to follow with more content likely.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. I hope you enjoyed the game in its current state.

Here are some of my thoughts to the items observed:
  • Characters: T'Ris was an easy one to go with in a Sci-Fi story as the repressed analytical female type with a sprinkle of Ice Queen and Superiority complex. Nimhe as the amoral and sexually deviant hacker was also an easy go-to in this kind of story. A bit surprised she is so popular, but I was glad to build on that. Vee was my biggest problem as originally she was to be the antagonist (like in Lifeforce). For certain reasons I pivoted her to be the Swarm defector/Hive Queen with her own agenda and that pushed her into the "wise fairy godmother" role with a bit of 7 of 9 personality thrown in. Thats an overlap with T'Ris and the Antagonist was diverted back to the faceless Swarms. Khelara needs her own story arc, I've been holding out on that, will be the obvious fighter/warrior type. Moira is the Lady / Milf character I was missing. BB-2 is the trickster, which works pretty well imho.
    All In all I should have mapped out the archetypes beforehand a bit more stringently.
    Seraphine was the entitled brat but I moved her a bit into a more productive crew member role later in game. Didn't add much training as in votes she consistently ranked behind the others.

  • Skill System: Did not plan that out in enough detail. As a result, you have the obvious SLU, SUB, EXH stats but a not enough utilized FP System and APP only as gatekeeper stat to get the Training going. SUB will get a bit more focus in the Krell expansion but is a bit convoluted already woven into the disciplining minigame.

  • Story vs. Training: Starting with T'Ris in the classical training way was a good way to start but does not carry the day in an episodical release concept. So I decided to have a little story arc in every System (starting with the Krell System) which I liked. I deliberately separated the training from the story arc because somethimes I just want to play the "space game" and not care about the training layer.

  • Races/Systems: The Voronians and their system are deliberately "empty" as they hide their affairs from outsiders. I went into more detail in Quthor System again (but the Station interior was left out, will be featuring in 1.60). For the Krell I had to strike some balance to not get thrown off Patreon. It is as it is. There will be a bit more edgy stuff in 1.50. NX System I had the problem that I can't think of any reasonable missions agains a faceless Antagonist (similar issue as in ST with the Borg at times) so I just changed it to a gatekeeper system. The Waystation was a kind of throwback / summary / reflection / denouement System, thats why all the loot and the use of collected items in the Beacons.

  • Overall: I decided to add the ending to 1.40 already as I was not certain I could continue with the game for IRL reasons. As things are , I can at least add a bit more content I think.
That being said, as I am not a writer but rather come from the coding & 3D field, I had to learn a bit about storylines and my next game will probably reflect that a bit. Hope people enjoy the game as what it is and I'm glad regarding constructive suggestions.

As to the future:
Voted path from patrons was to focus on expansion / continuation of SJX and I'll think about how to do that best in 2025 (just branch out in "SJX Gold style" or a new beginning...). So hopefully there will be more to come.

I mean you could use the swarms original interest in bringing our 2 original Characters into Allerati and let them take Vee onto their ship.
Maybe watching some of the later Episodes of ST Voyager could help you to spin a story further.
Based on what Story you told in the Ancients System the Swarm is kind of a fusion of Borg from ST and Replicator from SG.
The game started with the trope focused on ST at the start but I recognized more and more influence being taken from SG over time... especially SG Atlantis when it came to the ancients.

To Develope Vee you could consider the swarm finding ways to infiltrate her mind dureing rest/regeneration periods and her fighting back with MCs help improveing her systems/body to shield her and become even more independent... as you said she kinda goes down the 7 of 9 route... since the swarms being constructs becomeing more human in body (Data from ST) would be one way to remove their influence.

oh but i did enjoy the game. i hope you didn't think i was bashing it, just in my line of work we do outside inspections cause when you look at the same thing for long amounts of time, its really hard to see anything that could be irregular (I am a nuclear tech of sorts). Just kind of giving out how someone that hasent been following the entire process has perceived your game. I am about to play your other game when i get time off from the shift work im returning to now. We are all aware of peoples patreon issues. So...whats the plan with type-j bedbot? :D Also seems like you are involved and not getting to bent out of shape when people want their favorite blonde Oiran to have blonde hair again. not naming names. You Y.V. are a scholar and a gentlemen

maybe go with a couple of quests as Vee makes a lesser swarm under her direct command, and the big swarm comes crushing and destroys it, with a battle that is hard and challanging, but more quality then quantity, maybe introducing a new, even higher tier of enemy ship, made specifically to eliminate Vee and her rebellion. one where we need the ancient weapon we get from the vaultships.

maybe the end of that will also cause swarmships to target our pirate base in Illtari system, and be a reason why we need to build defenses there. with consequances of demolishing some of it otherwise - meaning that we need to repair the broken part of that base first.

And it could be an excuse to add content to the otherwise empty Xenos System - have Vee and us try to look into their secrets, in hope of finding somethin to help with the increased focus from the Swarm against us.

are Krell an all male race? havent seen any hint about female krell even existing...

I do agree that Stargate Atlantis and Star Trek would be good places to look for inspiration for more story line.

and if its not too much of a spoiler, was there a plan for whatever is behind the forcefield in the bot lab? it left me very curious and i hope something will be done with that.

as for additional content later, beyond the V1.60 - what about making it like the "Dragon age Origins: Awakening" expansion, and make it about appearance of a new foe and new zones. like those lizard people from Zabulon. maybe about their infiltrators learning that the MC is human, and not from that galaxy, and so wanting to capture him for study.

The solution is in the walkthrough in the OP if you want it. If you still want to figure it out, the tablet in the right side of the room is the hint to what symbol goes to which area. From there you just find the ore that orginates from that area and place them into their matching symbol (when you place ore into the puzzle, it's description will say that the ore is exclusive to that system).

The Swarm attack on the base is a great idea! Will put that in the list.
Gives me a resons to implement defenses, maybe even staff it with type I bots...

EDIT: Force field in the Lab has no deeper meaning yet... Maybe there will be stasis pods with the original crew in it...

The infiltration idea is very interesting. Might give Vee more depth...

Thats easily enough stats.
Just get to Iltari Administration and they give you Lvl 3 license (the next day there should be some in the cargo list)
Also in the Pirate outpost with NOT 20 or higher Krogneath will sell you level 3 stuff right away not caring about license.

Sorry, forgot to mention that... I already have the Lvl 3 license (50000 cr) for a while. And on the pirate outpost, only Lvl 2 stuff is available. I must be doing something wrong...:(

You can buy lvl 3 (quantum) gear in iltari station (cargo menu) and at krogneath. It may take one or two days until some is in stock as its random.

I might recomment watching ST Voyager than... there was a Story Arc, when 7 of 9 started to "dream", finding herself in an isolated collective with other drones that regained their former personalities.
With her help they started a revolution within the collective by isolating those drones allowing them to regain their individualty in real life.

I mean since MC went to the Milky way one thing could be the arrival of the Ancients and their clash with the local populances in that galaxy, all we know is that they went on a centuries spanning voyage a few centuries ago.
SG Atlantis draws a pretty good picture about an arrogant and highly advanced society meeting their mental successors and even useing their technology.

All the perversion amps are 49. make sure also on the base bot it was rolled as a 5-star Potential, Compliant Attitude Trait, Nympho/Perverted/Pet or Perverted/Nympho/Pet Traits, and with the Hive Queen Personality Trait

Hello. In this playthough I'm having difficulties unlocking the "Bonus scene" of Dr. Moira with Vee in the Med Bay. I remember having done this seamlessly during regular playthough on my two previous games.

Any idea why it might not be triggered this time? I'm at the very endgame (already unlocked the Waystation, just tying up loose ends). Moira progress is maxed, same as Vee.

Never mind. Just found out. That scene can only be triggered if Moira is dressed with her basic standard outfit. If she's wearing any of the other more revealing uniforms, the Bonus scene doesn't trigger...
