Given that when MC hasn't had sex with Lisa for 3 days, Lisa will approach the MC (in his room, girls' room, diner, or pool) and tell him she needs some lovin'. I'm pretty sure a big house isn't going to be the end of sex with her.

Not defending dev ... it's a bit annoyed me too. But to make an ambitious open world vn games with a lot female characters, dev need a team. Game director, story writer, programmer and animator. He probably a solo dev by the looks of it.

Now ... he's a programmer, so I pay attention to his game mechanic, which is satisfying. If example the dev background is story writer, then I pay attention to the dialogs and plot. If animator, then the model looks and sex animation. And so on.

I just hope he can gather a team, which specialist on each department, in the future to make a better game.
Like ... my background was 3D animator. If I make VN game, it probably gonna have the most basic game mechanic and shit dialog. But for sure I'll try to make best looking & delicious female model, close to realism environment and aim to make a perfect animated sex scene.

Besides in the very beginning she told him No to everything. That didn't last very long either.

The only ones I see him having problems with if he bought the old house. Is the Motel Manager and the Maid. Where is he going to be with them? He going to keep that spare room just to be with them?

Overview:
It's a game about a young guy living together with a small Commune of Mother superior, holy Father and two novice Sisters (none blood related ). One day his happy life was over when Father was arrested for financial thievery and your Commune has to start once over from the bottom. And the bottom is 2 rooms in a shady motel - the only place they could afford.
