Just a quick question - is there any sort of guide for this thing? As in how to acquire costumes special events etc, I've been combing through the damn internet and there is no single definitive guide. If there is none - then I'll just go in blind and play up until the succubus appears

So a bit of helping hand for you folks.
Here's a GUIDE (of sorts) made by yours truly.
On first day don't do anything, until the event at night triggers, that's when you can choose to "get taken over by lust" or "calm your head and think". Get taken over by lust and tomorrow morning, Hazuki gonna talk to you.
(As for how to get her to stop following you - you have a "next" button that will show several more choices in form of choice tabs, click on "dissolve" and Hazuki will leave you, and probably spawn somewhere in house for that "adjacent time". E.g. if it happened around early afternoon, you can find her either cooking or eating in the kitchen.)
Grind both aspects until you hit the purple bar - you can either fill it all the way or not, up to you. I got both bars full.

Alright then - the camping trip and going to the beach!!
You unlock the camping and beach trip by buying the tickets for them in the store (no not a tab/window online store, you have to go to a store - teleport or on foot and buy the tickets. These are available once Hazuki mentions there is a store, you'll start getting money after that - about 4-5k yen per day if you did the social/ecchi bar grind. Wait for 2-3 days and you'll have 10-15k stored up.)
Triggering the beach/camp trip - soon as you wake up, go down the stairs, Hazuki will be in the hallway on the first floor, interact with her then pick either camping or beach. I went camping ---> beach.
Next post gonna be Omatsuri festival event, "special scenes" you can unlock in overall game, as well as a reason why gallery doesn't fully unlock after you finish the game (in case you don't interact with the succubus girl that pops up in Hazuki's parents room on 25th day and forward).
