Day 5 will contain 25 scenes. Scenes up to Scene 19 are written. Scenes up to Scene 18 are posed and rendered. Scenes up to Scene 18 are coded. Scenes up to Scene 8 are proofread. 53 135 words. 7836 lines of script. 619 renders are done, 636 shots are posed

Which is a damn sight more than many devs manage....even ones with 6k patreons.

THAT ! Sure it's taking some time (a reasonable amount imho) but one should bear in mind that it's gonna be a BIG update, not a run of the mill monthly update done playing in an hour like many other devs.
In his last update it took me 2 hours to finish, but it was only one path. If this new update is let´s say the double content JESUS CHRIST it´s gonna be...
Wonderful game. Each path is so easy to miss and so different. I played it four times and still missed something. I wish that I had missed one of the scenes. This game reveals the potential of interactive stories.

Missing some happens, stumbling upon the them out of the blue does too. It makes it fun to try and mix it up to see what the next bend will get. Just hope no bouncing betties are hidden in here as well.

Hello darkness my old friend indeed XD
I'm gonna do a shoutout, to people reading this thread, that I'm a bit saddened that the Captain doesn't get more love than that on Patreon and Subscribe Star.
Everyday I see plenty of comments on this site about people complaining about the lack of communication from some devs, that are making wayyyy too much money on projects that are, IMHO, not that great (yet) to begin with. And yet, the Cap is relentlessly at it and a few weeks from now about to release a HUGE update. There's no doubt in my mind that this will have a lot of care in the smallest detail, cause he strikes me as that kind of man that puts a lot of love he what he does and it's shown so far. And he makes sure to communicate here (even tho this site doesn't bring that much money) and regulary on his patreon, SS, and discord.
I know the porn content might not be big at the moment, but I do believe the payoff from the slow burn is gonna be SO satisfying (also, coming with this update !). I just wish more people here and around would see it too and maybe put their money where their mouth is too, and start to support him. It's hard to be an independant dev at the best of times, and those are definitly not the best.
I truly believe it should get more recognition cause it has the potential to be up there with some really famous ones here in term of storytelling and content. And even there I say, in term of renders, cause even if there's nothing super fancy about it, this is a really well crafted, really original game. The assets are not your run-down-the-mill ones, and the way everything is framed and told and done reminds me of classic movies.
So for those of you who enjoy this game, want more of it and are not patrons yet, I urge you to consider subscribing ! Let's show the Cap some love, and let's make this game more famous than it is !

Well as a poor bastard on the dole so to speak all I can do is cheer him on. If some big wig asshats would do some real work in the government, as said poor bastard with handicaps, I'd chip in gladly. Him and a few others do deserve a hand or two.
