Like the game, the story, the characters, ect. The animations could have been better. All the rocking in some of them I just couldn't watch. Fortunately you couldn't see any penetration anyway so it really didn't matter. There were about 4 that gave a really good view. Most would fall under soft porn. Implied sex but no real visual penetration. on't get me wrong, still a pretty good game. Just wish animatins were better.

After reading most of the post am I to take it that we have to strt a new game on every update ?
Also I noticed on two trips into the other world there was no music or fx. Complete silence. But it may be that was supposed to be that way. One trip was with his daughter and off hand I don't remember the second.

I actually like this game compared to the other game BM, mainly because I can't stand the MC. Just an opinion.

I just watched about all of the animations in an external viewer and in all of the ones I checked, the camera used was static... so what do you mean with "all the rocking"? Did you expect the characters to be standing/laying motionless?

Dunno which you didn't get to see, but I definitely saw visual penetration happening in more than a few... granted, maybe not up close with the camera almost in the place of MC's dick, but still very visual...

Nope, this was only needed for 0.6 since the dev discovered that some variables defined at the start, behaved different from what was expected. This got corrected in 0.6 and as far as I know, that's been the only time it was advised to start from scratch, and even that may not have been necessary if you knew which variables were affected and know how to use the Ren'Py console.
Now, that is not to say that it will never be needed again in the future, but certainly not with every update

Animations also tend to have 2 viewpoints to watch from so technically there are double animations for every animation.

The animations themselves are from HS or HS2 (not sure which) and I am not certain that always makes good animations for penetration focus. But it is way, way, way simpler than DAZ work so you get what you get with HS(2)...

0.5 needed new saves as well, but for a different reason and it's definitely not necessary for every release.
As for animations, HS is pretty janky and it's really hard to get animations work properly with all the characters. There's always some clipping, and the poses almost never fit both characters. That's the downside of HS, but at least it's a lot quicker to work with than daz.
I'm using HS1 btw, HS2 is a lot better in many regards, but of course HS1 scenes and chars don't work in HS2 >.>

First off, I always unpack any rpa archives and then use unrpyc (on Linux) to decompile bytecode files if the dev has not provided rpy sources. I don't remember what the dev does here so you may or may not have a game/options.rpy in there if you go in and look. I just had a look at mine and didn't see them override either config.developer or config.console in theirs. So you have a couple of options.

Edit options.rpy and drop this at the end or wherever makes sense to you:

define config.console = True

Optionally for games where you don't have an options.rpy to work with, you can edit the file renpy/common/00console.rpy and look for it's original definition by the renpy runtime here:

# Configuration and style initalization.
init -1500 python:

    # If true, the console is enabled despite config.developer being False.
    config.console = False

Change that False to True and save and exit. Note that the renpy folder is at the same level as the game folder under the parent renpy project. Putting the define in options.rpy simply ends up overriding the original definition here.

Setting config.console to True will re-enable the debug console which you can then get into with shift-O and exit from with <esc>. This dev doesn't do this, but if shift-O doesn't get you into the console in a VN, it usually means the author is being a jerk by remapping the standard Renpy key bindings. This is usually the case for just about all Japanese Eroge dev teams because they seem to like the old fashioned DOS game look and feel from their first jobs and don't want you to know that they are actually using Renpy now (looking at you X-Change rewrites).

What I ddi was take the rollback option from the error popup and then did a shift-O to jump into the console. In there I did:

crV=['Vana']

The square brackets there force crV to be a list with a single list element being the string 'Vana'. I hit <esc> and then merrily went on my way without things barfing this time.

I was able to ignore it and the game did not crash. What commands did you use to fix it or should I start a new game?

You should probably start a new game if you want to get all variables to trigger.

She actually says something like "We talk after dinner... or tomorrow... however you like.", so I don't know if you missed anything, but after the dinner is only one scene with her.

FYI....Anyone looking for a walk through mod for this project (as there isn't one so far...), but I use the 0x52_URM tool to see behind each game choice. It doesn't always display the results properly, but it's better than having nothing.
