I think you have the most backwards outlook on this game....

You get annoyed because you can't have it out with Lil who, and rightfully so, is angry because her brother made them all deserter and has no clue what he's doing while she was a rich kid with no idea how things were.

Yet the woman that tried to kill them all, including her own children, and has sent hunters after them and wants the MC dead above all else .... nah, she's fine. Bit of a dick move (your words) almost killing her kids but she can be redeemed.

But that Lil, how dare she be angry.

So it's fine to want to murder her offspring and want to mount the MC's head on a wall, but it's bad to be angry and talk down to the MC.....

Backwards.
Okay, for me, Lilly has every right to be angry and scared of the consequences of Cam's actions, at least at first. I think everyone was scared of the consequences, but everyone besides Lilly (and Thim) decided it was worth the risk to try and save Eva. My problem with Lilly is that she continued to act like a bitch to Cam for 3 chapters and never once explained that she was scared and acting out or apologized for her behavior. She hasn't even ever said she is glad they are trying to save Eva. Up until the conversation in chapter 5, she didn't even act like she cared that Eva was gone and even then, all she could talk about was how Cam and Eva excluded her as children. It's not that I hate her character or that I don't understand her fear at being made into a deserter in the beginning, I just feel like there needs to be a conversation between her and Cam allowing her to explain and apologize. Cam already apologized to her for putting them in danger, even though he still believes he made the right call. The least she could do is reciprocate.

As far as the mother, she really didn't have a choice but to fire on their ship for trying to escape. I'm not saying it was the right thing to do, but she is literally surrounded by people on the ship who could have court marshalled her for failing to try and stop them from escaping. Maybe she thinks that if she is the one to catch them, she can at least keep them alive. As far as the hunter, I don't remember if she sent the hunter or if someone ordered her to send the hunter. As far as wanting the MC dead, from her perspective he led her children into desertion. Of course she is pissed, that doesn't mean she wont have a change of heart at some point during the story.

Also, the 'dick move' comment was meant as a joke and to undersell how shitty it was. I get that it sucked, I just don't know how much of a choice she had. I also doubt she actually wanted to kill them. Maybe she was just trying to disable the engines before they jumped.

I hope this explains my feelings better.

All I'm saying is maybe try to reserve judgement on her until we see more of the story. Perv already said he was maybe going to add a conversation to resolve the issues with Lilly and Cam. Maybe he will add something in later that sheds some light on the mother's actions as well. There is a lot of story left in this game, I think.

talk is cheap in her case. it'll take action.

Good, now let's bring back the real Jade.

View attachment 916993

New Jade is just a green skinned human, old Jade was an actual alien; old Jade > new Jade.
I just loaded the game up and noticed Sill looked like an ugly green skinned human. Now with the pic you just posted of Jade, fuck me running. Was this a forced change? Or did Perverteer just want to change them? I prefer them as they were.

So in Ep6, does the simulation of Calista and MC's mom Yve supposed be how the MC's envision they'd act sexually? Like a preview for the players of what's likely to come later with these two face-to-face? In general, any virtual sex or sex dream with a recurring character the MC has yet to interact fully with feels like a huge tease and little bit a of cop-out, but i'm viewing it every chance regardless.
There's mutual dislike between the MC and Calista, so the dreams reflected his idea of her (a domineering bitch). As for Yve, she wasn't very involved in the upbringing of the MC, so his feelings regarding her aren't as warm as they should be. As for what it means for the future, I'm not sure, both women aren't part of the roster of main love interests, but that doesn't mean the MC couldn't have his way with them.

What's this prophecy and what specifically does it has to do with Eva the hooded alien lord wants to find so badly? Does the prophecy perhaps unknowingly involves MC and his whole family? Does magical/supernatural superpowers exist in this world?
The prophecy is part of the text spoken by the cyborg in the prologue. Parts of that text actually make sense, though I've written down the meaning as not to forget it in the future when everything comes into play.

Hey Perverteer, think I found a bug in Episode 6. Even without the incest patch, there is a reference to MC's and Lilly's sibling bond. Specifically line 1684 of episode006.rpy "How wrong we’d been about each other, mistaking our sibling bond for true love." is not part of an if statement that checks for the patch.
Yup! Fixed that one. I'm always glad there are some players playing without the incest.

Lastly, I'm disappointed in the change in Jade because she was so much hotter how she looked before. I don't know if Perv has been reached by the corporate execs, or if they were just worried about when this game eventually goes to Steam (especially because there was an inside joke about her species in the game), but it's rather disappointing because that's what made her so appealing. I wonder if it would have made any difference if, instead of giving her hair, they made her more like the character model, at least with the head shape and tails? I know there's probably no going back now, but I don't really get why it had to be changed.
I knew you'd be disappointed, because Jade was part of your pantheon signature here on F95 before. :(

There was no cease and desist, but I started to become worried about it (also with the recent Nintendo cases). I really want to work on this game for the foreseeable future and see it to completion. Changing Jade at this point was a lot of work, but it would have been a gargantuan if I had to change it after even more episodes. I really liked Jade's model as she was before, so I only removed the tentacles. I know of the Lekkulian (I used their head tentacles asset), but I don't like the muscled shape of their bodies. So all in all it's a trade-off that's bound to ruffle some feathers.

When Lilly pulled the aliens gun and used it to stun them wouldn't that also cause Aven to get stunned also since she's holding onto the alien?
I think Aven is mostly out of the blast radius of that gun. If I'd have to give an explanation I'd of course say that the gun didn't really resemble a taser, but more like an Advanced Science-Fiction Ray of Science that's able to trigger the nerve-endings of a victim's body with 0.0001 mm accuracy.

When freeing the crew from the cryo Thyia name used for the line Wh-where the fuck am I? line instead of Raene or Thim.

If I was to think about who the traitor would be I would have to think Thim since they are the only one that doesn't really like the MC

This picture the hand is messed up almost like the fingers were cutoff and new fingers were pasted in.

Good catch, I'll fix those in the next episode.

I love the story but the relationships are a bit .... off.

[...]

The rest has just been casual sex.
I plan on developing the harem much like I did in Sisterly Lust.

As for the relationships, I think one of the big difference is that the whole story of Sisterly Lust was defined by the relationships you had with the four main characters. In Tales, there's a lot more going on, maybe that makes for a more disjointed experience. Also, the casual sex will largely make way for more intimacy with main love interests as soon as the relationships are more developed.

I started something with one girl, got all intimate and all that jazz and it's not been mentioned since. I did a Jade run, same thing there. A couple of moments but that's it.
I think you mean Thyia, the black mechanic you could have sex with in episode 2? Their tryst was referred to in a later episode where she mentions that she regards these things as a one-time deal. I plan on exploring the fact that this won't be a one-time deal in the next episode. Her backstory isn't a very happy one, so fear of abandonment and attachment to another person are major character traits for her.

What Nintendo cases are you referring to?

The thing about Jade, for me, is that she's lost the thing that made her so appealing which is that she stood out from the predominant cast of humans by being so obviously alien. Ziv does that too which is why she's also in my sig, but without those head tails, Jade just looks like a human with body paint, and whilst there are hot alien characters in fiction like that, it's the ones that look most clearly alien with facial features, body types, etc, that aren't human which are, for me, the most appealing. Obviously I wouldn't expect you to change back based on one person, but that's just how I feel.

With regards to the Lekkulian, I understand about the body shape but wasn't saying that she should have that, just the pronounced brows on her face and the pointy ears, if those could be applied separately and aren't just part of a whole head morph. Surely that and removing the inside joke about the fictional species they look like would've been enough to avoid any potentialy issues. Maybe even shorten the head tails so they only come down to her shoulders, just something that makes her look more distinct from a Twi'lek but keeps the alien look. Also, Twill is a bit on the nose so maybe that could have changed too.

There was no cargo hold full of pregnant women when the ship went into the asteroid belt. None of the breeder girls left the planet. They were fed clothed some had homes to go to Thyia when she came back from getting the papers was asked to take them to somewhere safe in the city.
Saved me the trouble of writing this. Thank you.

So refreshing to finally see a dev paying attention to world building without forgetting the porn aspect of the game. So many devs either spam sex scenes with whatever assets look kinda "fantasy", while others focus only on world building loosing any traction they might had. The balance in this just works.

Also nice to finally have a solid narrative catalyst for the taboo aspect. Often devs (including this one in the past), treat this specific kink so casually, with characters just happening to be shameless perverts who are willing to break any social norm just because MC has a big dick.

Ah, okay. I knew that the women who had homes were sent back to them, but I thought that the ones who didn't were going to be dropped off on the way at some safe planet that Thyia knew about. My bad.

Also they abandoned everyone that was taken, sent an assassin after the MC and is pretty much dead set on having him killed.

It's been eluded to from the start their government is corrupt as fuck and she is a big part of it.
I'm curious why you would bring up Calista and the military abandoning Eva and everyone else, when you are defending Lilly's behavior toward Cam. Lilly was perfectly willing to abandon them also, just because her superior officer told her to. So why does Lilly get a pass when Calista doesn't? (Calista is Celine and Kit's mom, right? If not, that is who I'm referring to)

While I agree that blowing up your kids is kind of a dick move, punishing deserters is kind of what the military does. That doesn't mean they don't also rescue hostages and shut down evil corporations as well. Just because a military is strict, doesn't make them the bad guys. I get the feeling the guy in the emperor clothes is the bad guy and the military is just a typical military. I guess I could be wrong, though.
Normal military has procedures to deal with disobedience, usually involving military courts and dishonorable discharges. Blowing them up is not much of a procedure especially when the one pulling the trigger, is doing it to her own kid. It's pretty obvious they are portrayed as a 'Galactic Empire' type of bad guys.

Lilly didn't try to kill the MC his friends and her own flesh and blood. Calista on the other hand did. So I think most would give Lilly a pass over someone that will most likely shoot you in the fucking back if given a chance even if it meant that she might have to shoot her own kids in the process to get the job done.

Yes. I don't think the game leave much margin to think on them as anything other than that. Leaving their own people behind was already a huge clue even before the shot to kill order against defectors (and her own kids at that).
