I plan on having a lot of the individual romances in play near the end of the first arc and create the beginning of a harem at the start of the second arc (Céline and Jade are two likely early candidates, but there might be others.). That will develop further during the second act, culminating in the third act with a full harem and a whole lot of intermingling (aka fucking). Other gentlemen won't touch the harem in any way, except maybe for a rare optional scene, like the double penetration of Ana in Sisterly Lust. But lesbian group sex between the girls in the harem is of course a given.
I want to aim for that loving feeling you describe in the group scenes here as well, because that's what I like personally as well. Less fond of the isolated fucking where everybody is oblivious of one another.

Will that be avoidable? I mean, lesbian scenes doesn't do much to me in games and I'm kind of tired of the porn logic in "harem" games where every girl in the harem is a bisexual or will be in the future. So will it be avoidable or unavoidable? Because I love to play harem games, where the girls are focused in the MC and love him, not him and each other (polyrelationship/polyamory is not the same as harem), not female turning bisex for the sake of it, even if they were straight, etc.
I think that, if you went for the harem route in Sisterly Lust, it was unavoidable. The only way I think you could avoid it was not have a harem and either pursue just one LI or pursue a couple of them, but not all of them, because in SL you would end up having orgies with the MC, his 3 sisters, and their Mom if you go for all of them, but if you only romanced the Mom and one of the sisters, you wouldn't get any lesbian action with them, I think.
Going out on a limb here, but if the dev just said in the post above ultimately he wants to pattern his harem in this game to the one in the previous game, I’d say, prepare to be disappointed.
