Well, I'm enjoying this, but I've just rescued some woman's phone in a dark street and I find I'm meant to specify a 'relation' with her. I mean, she sure as anything isn't my stepmom because I've already been dress shopping with her, so who's this, her sister (step-aunt, obvs) I've never met? Any ideas?

So, this is now a one single MC game? The sexual content that was removed was the content related to the others MCs?

Is the dev active here?

Did they really change their entire game because of what people here said? The same people who can't even be bothered to actually financially support this project?
First of all he reworked coz on patreon make a poll and that's what his patrons chose.

Second I think u are wrong on your pov, this forum its a nice way to make your game grow coz lot ppl discover new projects and start supporting them (Me as for example discovered lot of games that i get supported after playing them thanks to this forum, some of them dissapointed me and get to exile for me, as example Eromancer and Helius or even the Dev from dungeons and prisoners....=;=) So dont take your shit to this forum buddy coz is good for devs (even if they dont recognize it)

The dev isn't even active here. They conducted polls on their Patreon to decide the future course of the VN, but ultimately decided by themselves to rework the game, just to keep coding and development simple. The other POVs may end up as spin-offs at some point, but for now the focus is on 1 MC, but this again may be subject to change.

Let me correct your ignorance on the second part of your comment. Decently popular game threads on this site have around 5-10 million views. If even 0.01% of those viewers choose to support the project (which roughly is the "views to supporters %" for many VNs), that's at least 100-1000 supporters (1000+ supporters is plenty enough to work on a VN full-time, but some devs do so with only ~500), that's not a fixed % and the number of supporters only goes up with more views and the actual quality of the project.

It's impossible to pull numbers like these from Patreon alone which is only a support/donation platform; if you didn't know exactly what you're looking for you likely wouldn't find it there. Forums and sites like this one have a large pre-established userbase that allow devs to freely and easily market their project to millions of viewers who are all potential supporters, and the support of even a miniscule % of them is enough to float any project. These sites are also a source of information about competition, potential userbase, feedback, and it allows for better understanding of the target audience. The AVN market (among others) wouldn't have survived and thrived if didn't have sites like this one to support it.

For devs, the advantages of using pirate sites like these far outweigh the negatives.

TLDR: Don't shit where you eat, you're a freeloading pirate too.

I think this is nonsense desert stalker, midlife crisis, the adventurous couple, even dmd has ntr and I heard taffy tales creator started to create ntr storyline so it is not unpopular, People will like your content if it is good quality that is all that matters
I could be wrong but, at least in the Western world, NTR is a niche fetish at best;

Desert Stalker == Sharing /Stealing Li (Netori, which most 'ntr haters' ((wrong label but whatever)) don't hate)

Midlife Crisis == Highly avoidable (as in doesn't happen), dismissable via kicking out the wife and even preventable.

The adventurous couple == Advertises that it is 'Avoidable NTR' (though I personally don't agree, that IS their stance).

DMD == Sharing, and unless I am very much mistaken there was a large amount of Drama with the Dev team when they first introduced it (and the massive drop in $upport) that caused them to essentially relegate the sharing to a handful of scenes. This drama literally caused the Dev to actively state 'No NTR' on their other applicable games to avoid further $$ damage. Also, it was totally avoidable, to the point of being an afterthought.

Taffy Tales == Game started out with zero NTR, later the Dev decided to add some (which is always a brilliant idea ((Sarcasm)). $upport dropped, NTR content was altered, and has not been a major focus. Also Avoidable.

As someone who is firmly a member of the 'OnlyMC' club, I can honestly say that I don't have a particular problem with NTR content being in a game (as long as it's Avoidable/Preventable, as in does NOT happen).

Some really good games have avoidable NTR in them. For myself, it just means that I do NOT $upport that game and will be very unlikely to $upport that Dev.

I think for most (of the mislabelled NTR haters) the problem with NTR in a game (even the avoidable kind) is that they have no desire to see it. So at best it becomes something that takes away from Dev cycles that could be spent elsewhere and at worst it can be stumbled upon (like with a Gallery Mod or something). Essentially, they just view it as a waste of time.

The real shitstorms, tend to be reserved for the "It's not NTR because... therefore you should be fine with it" type arguments. Or the "Surprise! I promised no NTR (or made a game that had no indication of going that direction) and POOF here it is!"

Transparency is the best policy, if the Dev is honest and upfront, then the players know what they are getting into, and beyond that, it's really on them if they stick around.

Also, Dev should make their game, their way... changing/removing content to appease the NTR Haters (again, I disagree with this label) is just as bad/wrong/stupid as changing/ADDING ntr content to appease the NTR lovers. People calling to Add/Remove NTR (or pretty much anything else for that matter) are just as bad as each other.

Asking for options to "avoid" is fine as long as it can be done in a way that doesn't have to change the overall story, but they (those asking for an option) should respect it (and hit "ignore"/move on) if the Dev says 'No'.

'Skip' options are just pointless... RenPy comes with one built-in (the CTRL Key).

In any case DEV, you do you.

Personally (after reading on the forums that NTR seems to be core to this game concept and only 'skippable', not 'avoidable') I am probably going just hit "ignore" and move on as it seems this game isn't going to be for players like me.

Still, good luck with your game.

Hey guys, I've just arrived to this.

I was about to ask if there's plenty of content already in the game, but i've seen people talking about a remake and everything going away.

Could someone provide some insight? Thanks

Interesting. Does this also counts for, lets say, mangas or adult pornhwas (S.Koreans Longstrip Adult "Hentais") ?
