Probably a bad attempt of the dev to make unique characters, or try to make them "sexy" by enlarging their qualities (but failing at it), in any case you already said it, the key word here is "distort".
Although you can actually see women who have undergone surgery, who look like this.

I think there would be no problem if there was an opportunity to choose if you want to have her as Li, instead of it being forced. That way whoever likes her can fuck her, whoever doesn't can just move on.
Personally, I don't care, I don't like her, but I'm not complaining.

Why does most games when get updated there's maybe 2 or 3 scenes added with about 5-10 minutes playing time?Why even bother updating it.
