There is lots of lewd content in the game, but despite this, I guess, not more than 50 % of the story is currently realized and the development will probably still take years.
Probably because many projects stopped halfway through and then you have a game which says "Story will continue with next update" or similar all the time. I can understand that actually, because games with no endings (or very rushed ones) can be a real bummer if they were great until then.

That's one point, some other games instead (especially the ones that focus on gameplay) keeps adding stuff even retroactively, so a early experience of it is distant from the final experience as many features and systems gets added with time
Just a note that having a package larger than 2GB causes issues during installation with "Invalid Package", so I have to downsize the main game a lot. It's compressed using Cruncher, and then the pics are compressed AGAIN with Caesium, so the quality loss in some pics is pretty noticeable. But this also brought the size down to 1.9 GB. This invalid package issue may just be me and there maybe a fix out there. If there is, I'll update the reply. Or if you know any fixes, feel free to reply me as well, any help appreciated. Have you gone through the steps outlined in the walkthrough guide for Maxine's questline? The quest log only shows Liz, Alice, and Rachel, but you also need to finish Ada's and Priti's questlines, plus Lucy's stuff on Saturdays.
