No, it's just a simulation and you can create your own scenes with poses. Played around with it a few years ago.
When I recall correctly you can add multiple scenes/poses together (with different camera angles and animation) to tell short stories with speech bubbles whre you can add texts etc.
There might be ready made scenes from other users to download and just press play to watch them. You can also modify them.

Maybe you could finally do a clean repackage .As there used to be a repackage of Pervokptr to 7.5 worked for me for many years.
Now with VX I get errors all the time. I am waiting for a portable version of VX with Hook paid without any additions. I think that such a repackaging would download even more people on the forum. Since the beginning of the forum I am waiting for such a repackaging is Codename-VX (VX v1.0p )Repack but this is not it has models, skins, outfits, etc.

No, there is no story at all, this game is all about creating a pose, and it can static (Or animated) or sex (With options to be interactive or just a looping animation)
In summnary, select a girl at your choice, customize her body, size, shape, clothes, makeup and etc, and then GO FUCK her, hahahahha

TK17 is a porn game originally in its essence, but you can use for other things too, for example, create a comic, a video of fighting animation etc, or just Sex Scenes
And yeah, you can create short stories in tk17 with speech bubbles whre you can add texts

Also, mods are installed separately in specific foldes, like for example, Textures and Body Skin goes in Mod/ActiveMod folder, and the mesh addons, such as clothes, rooms, body mod and etc, goes in Addons folder

Mods add different features. For the most part there are Graphics Enhancements, Mesh Mods, and Script Mods.

Mesh Mods are going to be things like clothes, toys, shoes, accessories, hair, rooms, etc. These are all 3D meshes added to the game. Most of these are usually ports from Daz and other games. These are your most popular mods.
Script mods are basically scripts that modify the functionality or look of the game. SO things like GUI replacements, Body SLiders, and other things are basically script mods. These are usually version dependent so be careful you know what it is for.
You also have standard shared items for the game that include Poses, Sequences, and Models. You could consider these mods but it is more so shared content.
Layout of KE is not like ModsGarden or your typical MyBB forum. If you are familiar with LoversLab or Nexus, it is more familiar to that. Downloads are a separate space not mixed in with forums. This allows modders better controls over their downloads and feedback, so things are not buried in forums.
