I'll be honest, I'd like faster updates, but I can see why they aren't. There's a lot of moving parts here, and with one guy working oin them, it's not surprising that it takes a while.
You didn't scan the NPC before choosing to capture it?Not sure what's wrong with build 22, but I can't get the Bio Printer to work, even after capturing a male officer.
Bummer that such a key feature of the game is busted.
EDIT: Just tried in build 21, same error message "You haven't any body scans." WHAT AM I DOING WRONG
I had 2 options, Capture or leave. Is there a "scan" button I'm missing somewhere? You didn't scan the NPC before choosing to capture it?
You need to research the scanner first.
Btw. it can be upgraded aswell.
In this specific case, I think it's a mismatch between old and new mechanics, just like ressources storage : An "old version" device, that now needs serious research to be used ...How do I research? The station tab?
Nvmd. It's the station core console at the end of the hall.
I think this game needs to do a better job of explaining it's mechanics. None of this was intuitive.
Thanks for the help btw
Your main quest is found on the black market. The blue-skinned slave trader is not just a place to offload slaves you don't want, he also gives quests that help you progress through the game. First he'll send you to tentacle planet, next to desert planet, and finally to the laboratory in the next sector. May the map with quest markers help you. Especially on the desert planet.Yeah, I'm stuck at the point after unlocking the trash world. I did find a random gang fighter with encrypted data to mine for but all it did was lead to a credit chip worth 5000 (pointless considering I made more than that in slave trades by the point I got that particular one). I have no idea how to get any further at this point.
Yes, there are women with "muscular" trait here.Female bodybuilder?
Futanarie?
There should be "transpose" button in most machines and humanoid storage tanks to take samples out of them. Others allow you to take them out by holding left mouse button, just like when you capture them. Note that you can "hold" up to 3 samples before upgrades.Just found this and tried it out. Have a few questions. How do I get rid of, or replace, a "sample"?
The fear tree first upgrade allows you to see the number of traits on a sample, which is a decent approximation of how interesting and valuable the sample is. Samples found in the wild can have up to 7 traits. Following from there, there are 2 more upgrades, the first of which should allow you to see the exact traits a sample has. What do I need to upgrade to see more info when analyzing? Thanks
just use whiskeyMac version?
I had problems with milkers in one of the previous versions. Haven't tried it in this version yet.Anyone else having the game freeze up when trying to use the milkers?
Haven't tried those yet, but if I try to place a Restrictor, my character gets trapped inside an invisible box the same size as the Restrictor. I had to Ctrl, Alt, Del to avoid saving the game in that state.Anyone else having the game freeze up when trying to use the milkers?
