She's not really part of the harem, she just used all the characters ( and Henry in particular) to get what she was interested in and then went to do other things ( you will see what in The Genesis Order the new NLT games that follow TON events).

Without Madelyn being the villain, there won't be Genesis Order, which is touted to be the continuation (and perhaps the conclusion) of the NLT Media saga. Otherwise, it should have ended with this game and NLT Media had to come up with a different game.

JohnF95zone answered perfectly for me, Madalyn was included in the profile because she was functional to TON, since she was not only a villain but also as a central figure in the saga ( being present since LE), but at the same time she wasn't like the other girls.
She's an anomaly, so while you could consider her as a partial ( and willingly) figure in Henry's harem, she will continue to be a presence in TGO because she's pursuing her own plan that probably will see it's end in TGO, anyway I don't think she will have sex with anyone in that game, so I wouldn't worry about that.

What do you mean create the village? The game setting is a town.
Anyway, the game engine is called RPG Maker and the software to render the images is Daz Studios. The engine is responsible for the gameplay experience like the game menu, inventory, quest, player movement, map (inside and outside location) etc. The renders are mostly static background images or some animated scenes (usually lewd scenes).
For more information I think you need to join NLT Media discord (if they have one) or Patreon and ask the developer himself. Cheers.

I don't know either. You can download this one but it is a bit larger 2.3Gb.
If you really want the smaller size, the I suggest you request for the Game Compression Request (GCR) Team to make a new compressed version because the old ones are already expired. The request can be made here (follow their request rules and format just by reading how others make requests). It can take a few hours, if they accept that is (rarely a request been denied).
