Considering the degree of assault he went thru its actually not enough, it would require him getting a brain scan due to the fact they beat the crap out of him with including a baseball bat, paramedics can check for superficial damage, but any in-depth damage would require an actual visit to the hospital, considering he isn't charged with a crime and it was obviously self-defense, their is little they could have done to just throw him in a cell like that, they'd be forced to escort the ambulance to the hospital, have him checked and remain there under guard until he was cleared.

I can tell you for a fact, you could take a beating like this and walk away, sore as fuck, badly hurt (Bat and other weapons included) but walk away you could without needing a hospital. But yes, it would make more sense to be fully checked but again, story logic. He survived without taking too much damage as perhaps they weren't trying to cause too much harm.

Because he isn't superman? I get what you're saying. But think of the work involved, the fight, the aftermath, the hospital, the cops, then police station. Would you really want it to be as close to real life as possible? I know I wouldn't. I'm fine with how thing's played out and it wasn't jarring to me how it all came together in the end.

If do not want that you have to resolve it in game or not hint at it at all. Hinting at it and then complaining people ask for it or are unhappy they did not get what they thought you were offering them, cause they did not read a forum post makes the dev look bad in the end, however entitled you might find those demands cause people did not first read a forum post about the game.

People are right if they base their opinion upon what they see in game and not on a clarification a dev makes outside of the game. Fact that last is needed means that the game is not clear enough in that regard.

No one is beating a dead horse and let's look.at the facts.
#1. DB said on patreon that there won't be any incest. As in according to Patreons rules. He makes more than 20k a month on this game i can't blame him.
#2. DB is leaving the tension between Azel and MC open for now and added tiny nit bits with Cedey/Willow. It's not unrealistic to assume that maybe BD is leaving it open for a reason. This doesn't mean that he will or will not add changes to these relationships later, but what it does do is give him options.
#3. He can't ever say on Patreon at all , "I'm considering adding Incest in the future." And even doing so here could risk everything he has built. Patreon has rules about spying on their creators and using off platform information to hold them accountable. In short even if he is planning for the future, which he may or may not be doing, none of us really know, he isn't going to talk about it at all. That's an unnecessary risk.

I mean that's all fine but BD does not help himself much, and my sister my roommate had this same issue, at the end of the day when you give a player a choice in these games, you are telling them you have an option to get something you want to see,
so when you can choose to keep kissing Azel on the mouth and getting more flirtatious with here or choosing not to, the implication there is that it will pay off, and given that this is a porn game about sex, that is the pay off most people going that rout are going to expect, same things apply to willow/harper/ it also leaves out potential Rachel/ girl in the basement scenes since by patrons rule it applies to adopted parents as well(yes I am aware she says that she is like a mother to her but Patreon is Patreon and Patreon sucks).

So all that into consideration, and since a modder could probably not make a patch to add it in unless DB makes those scenes and the just hides them in the game file for a patch to put into the game(this would honestly be the route i would go it would not violate Patreon and he could literally just tell a popular modder on here about them), he should go back (most likely when the game is done), and remove almost all of the choices related to any character that could flag an incest strike, and decide on a tone that he wants that does not have this habit of toeing the line, because let's be fair your "adopted" Mom asking if her dress is to revealing is literally a line out of a b grade porno at best and bad amateur porn at worst.

First I assume the whole deal with laundering money thru the betting system is done for an entirely different reason this story is implying, also I doubt they are rigging those matches they likely have a very different system in place which purpose is to launder the money not generate massive wealth from the bets.

Second I can accept corruption, but the implication here are Gotham PD level of corruption, its insane that some twerp would be able to have the pull implied to pull that stunt off, to be able to do that you'd need to already be massively rich which mean that some ridiculous betting scheme like he is supposed to be wanting to pull would be entirely beneath him. Even if he work for some cartel or larger criminal group they'd have kept him on a leash rather than let him pull stupid stunts that are likely to get him arrested and become a snitch, its obvious to anyone that he is a pathetic little mongrel, they'd know he'd spill his guts at the first sign of pressure from any legitimate authorities. Also corruption is sustainted, not earned for life, unless its based on blackmail, their are limits to what you can get your corrupted officer to do, do you think they'd waste the favors earned by said corruption on Ryker out of all people? Nah.

Third, I don't necessarily expect the story to change but it being unchangeable doesn't mean I don't get to bitch about it. Calling name, alright fair enough, but just like the MC I was pretty pissed at the end seeing the sheer degree of crap the Dev dropped on us with this last chapter so yea I lost my nerves considering how long I have been following this game it create a emotional investment many months in the making, so it should be understandable some insane turn of event to bring some explosive reaction from readers. However while a bunch of people seem to like where this story is heading, the reverse is also true, many people hate how the story is turning out, don't think your opinion is the majority's opinion just because its your opinion.

I get the anger. I've been with this game since day one and I would be pretty pissed if, say BD would put NTR content in it out of the sudden. Make the MC a cuck. So I can understand your anger when the story didn't flowed the way you liked.
And you certainly can bitch about it, please do, because other opinions do matter (in my mind). We learn from it.

I do indeed see the other people that hate how the story is turning out, but again, I also see a mayority that like the update.
So I'm going to say it's indecisive, some people love it, some people don't.
And we are all riding the bus that BD is driving, we are just along for the ride.

before i was saying that it was too many renders just for the end of day7 and that it was already too long... i was wrong, i take all back its perfect the way it is.. this update is far beyond what i expected and what made it even more of an impact is that it came out of nowhere, no one could've seen this coming... soo many layers in just one update, heck i just need to replay it just for the story (YES ITS THAT GOOD!!!)

on another note i hope the story turn wasn't a result of the recent events in DB life cause that would make me sad, i hope this was planned from the start.. BD nothing but love and respect for you!!


and to all of you movie action heroes out there saying why was they arrested?? the fight could've gone better???, why didn't all the team run out and smashed their asses???, why didn't they call the police sooner?? this is how most fights in real life goes down (sure the MC is a big guy but he ain't no Jackie Chan, it takes yrs of fighting to be that good).. the ONLY thing that didn't seem believable is that some gang will mess with a celebrity that has a fan base and is covered by TV sports, whats also not believable is that a dirty police officer(scum) will try to threaten an athlete like that in our current times.....
