You need to get pictures of 3 different water related succubi, which is basically any succubi in that area. You need to keep them in your current "deck" of pictures and then talk to the salamander girl back where the fire was.

Is there any rhyme or reason to the Thoughtography stats?
The expansion monsters seem to have hard-coded abilities, but the base game photos seem to roll randomly what they do. Kind of annoyed: lost a Mood +50 for 5 turns on a regular monster's photo when I overwrote it with something else, thinking I could just recall the photo (not possible for base enemies) and when I took it again it had completely different stats. Maybe I did something wrong when taking the picture a second time?

this may or may not be helpful but occasionally also i've found that unzipping with 7z instead of winrar or vice versa helps with making sure characters are decompressed correctly and also theres no weird shit that goes on with the machine coding transition. also like the other person said keep the english game/ saves with the english game/saves and jap saves with jap saves which doesn't look like was done in the above.
I've had situations where I unzipped with winrar and the output was shit and then i used 7z and it was excellent and vice versa, i have no idea why.

You need to be playing as the right character. You can use the mirror in the room at the top right of the basement to change. Also need to fulfill certain conditions in battle sometimes, like using investigate on the imp.

Got the same problem as you, but me it's just the game in general. Did you happen to fix it? If not, does anyone know how to fix this? My game can open, but when I press start game, it loads for a little bit and then this pops up. I've tried extracting it from WinRar, 7z and all that, didn't change anything.

I tried going from the basement and saving in a side room after applying that update but then it just makes this complaint.Anyway, so I completely reinstalled the main game and the expansion, and applied this patch from a location where I'm not directly in the basement. If you're only installing the patch now, you may have to go back to a save from before actually getting the true end, before defeating the final boss.
