I mean yeah, some of the plot is poorly written, like how much of an asshole sometimes the MC is and the lack of a persuasion upgrade mechanic instead of forced blackmail. Like upgrading persuasion mechanic thru a book or something since it would make sense, instead of the MC sounding like an asshole trying to build an image that she cares for Luna, but ends up blakmailing her thru the Ruby questline. Like the entirety of what he did so far was for nothing. But other than that, animations and renders are good

The MC sort of HAS to be that way as a function of the ntr options. For the option for letting another man rape a girl to even enter the MC's head, they basically HAVE to be somewhat evil and all you can do as a player is try and manage the level of evil to your liking. There isn't really a good way to do ntr true to it's roots and have the MC be full paragon.

I don't mind it personally, isn't too different from playing Trevor in GTA. Steering a bad person can be interesting.

NTR isn't a problem because it's avoidable and the only NTR in the game is the one where you can decide to help the bullies one goon get a BJ from her though it's not really NTR as it's your decision to help him or not and you can always refuse him.

Free roam almost always makes games strictly worse. It's tedious and a big time waster. Having to depend on a guide/quest log or kill brain cells with mind numbing trial and error proves it's shit.

What are the benefits of free roam?

Freedom? No, not really. It's just filler. Go pixel hunting for the character you want to pursue first or worse... go hunting through multiple areas for an event/character to progress the story..

$$$ and items? Sure, if you like grinding? All they add are time wasting barriers to reach content.

Repeatable events? They break immersion. Why not just add a "gallery"?

Professor scenes are not avoidable. I know it is actually not ntr. But i can only be view it as ntr

If he has no love interest, how is it NTR? Seeing 2 characters that aren't MC isn't enough to constitute NTR.

You have to work your way through the story. Ask the gal who works there if you can get sleeping pills, and she will have you come in to get a blood test to see if you need them. Of course, you don't. So, you need to find another source. Use your Agent connection to find someone who sells illegal drugs (your friendly neighborhood bookseller, in this case). After you get that information, you can go buy sleeping pills from the bookstore.
