Well I don't know which mods you had installed, but your problems weren't due to the hotfix itself. It doesn't interfere with getting the points/variables Sancho1969 discussed.maybe because the mod, i remove the mod (not your mod btw) and i can talk to elizabeth, thanks for the help btw
I just did a speed-run focused on Elizabeth with the hotfix installed, through to that Ch3 breakfast scene where Liz asks about your friends, and get the menu choice to say Good morning. I have 5 Liz points at that stage (as noted you need >=4 to get this choice).

It is a error in Scrappy's Multi-Mod, or to say it as it is, it was an error in the original script, which Scrappy didn't update for his mod, when the dev fixed it in the next release.
I have a fixed version of the scripts (including both Meushi's hotfixes and his mod) with some updates to some of the branching and inconsistency problems. With the added benefit of a few fixed conversations and typos, (not even close to all), since that would simply take too long to fix.
I'll attach it here for anyone to use, if you run into any problems using it, just PM me and I will try to fix it.
I haven't had any problems with it so far myself, and I am pretty sure I have tested most, if not all the different branches.Download:

Dear TrueLoveGames, Realy your game is True Love Game, but my very big problem is I am in LOVE with all 9 girls,
So simply I will play the game from start 9 playthrough which I love it and do not complain, but if any one know a way to love 2 or 3 girls in the same time it will will be helpful.

I played the CH5Beta with multi-mod before the ch5gold came out doing it till ch4, now i downloaded the new version but old saves are like broken. Do i have to replay every chapter or there's a way to fix it?

I am in the middle of chapter 3, there is no sex scenes till now, I`ve to ask if there will be sex scenes or not?, btw the girls look so beautiful, and story and the slow burn is great but if there won`t be sex soon I`ll be very disappointed.

Depending on which route you choose,
There are sex scenes in most chapters;
From a blow job in the "Prologue"
The pool with Jade in Chapter 1 ,The shop in Chapter 2,
The hotel with Jenny in 3 , Ashley in 4 , and Multiple routes in Chapter 5.

I downloaded your fix AND the supposedly missing video, but sadly didn't find a fix my 'missing image'
I just started playing from scratch and am currently in chapter 2
I've redownloaded the file from MEGA and still face the same error

And that archive did indeed contain the missing animation and some other images (dunno if these are also actually missing but didn't get an error for them but that may be because of the route I am on)

Obviously, since at the time only a replacement for Comp 1-1.webm was provided as stated in the release notes.
I've gone ahead and added the other missing video too:
