patreon itself really need to face some serious charges the damn site is a hotbed for so many blatant scams not just from these fking small time swindlers porn games, but some promise of actual physical products that never deliver that I'm amaze no law enforcement agencies step in to shut it down yet.
nah, the best chance for a turnaround is his patreon money drying up. trust me, hes got enough white knights in his discord. he doesnt communicate with them either.
If negativity killed his enthusiasm for the game's development, he should avoid places where it's hitting him, if possible.
That's been an ongoing debate here in the forums. The dev has gone completely silent for the past few months, which is why the game has been tagged as abandoned.

Really, Patreon should have some set time period of no update or communication whatsoever before the pledges all get switched off of the monthly payments to another type. For example, while one creator I still subscribe to is painfully slow, we only get charged when he makes a major game update (you can set a limit to the number of times each month). What exactly that constitutes, I don't know, but I do know that I have only been charged maybe once or twice in the past year or so when they finally released a new build. Unfortunately, Patreon won't do something like that. They still get a cut of the monthly pledges whether the creator makes posts/updates multiple times a week or they have been silent for over a year. Whether the patrons are getting scammed/screwed over means nothing to them as long as they still profit from getting a cut of the pledges.
I used to tell you all this is a money grab and run scam since the version 6 of the "game", but everyone started to gang up on me. Now, I have the last laugh so HAHA!
