If you mean the naked apron image it's been fixed in tfpatchguy's version of the patch. Look above for some links, it can't be installed on a prepatched game from here. Never seen a image after though.

Not really sure. I think that image might say the second part of the new Love at First Sight will be out next year, but the machine translation isn't very readable.
Normal is how game was before that setting was added, Sylvie's lust will will go up and down. Lustier will stop her lust from dropping. And platonic is exactly as it sounds, no sexy stuff.
Think you have everything. There is a fair bit of unused space in the shop menu, especially with the night version.

The next update should hopefully be soon. But there probably won't be new content, just a engine and UI update. And no idea when another will happen after.
