How do you install the scene mod in the new version? Read me file doesn’t make sense

Not really. Tbh each of the routes look pretty short from what I've seen so far so I suspect it could feel that way though. There's a toggle at the start of the game that will disable any real NTR choices. No matter what though you aren't the only character getting laid. If you turn down Ann it's possible to see her hooking up, Vanessa will sleep with her boyfriend and cheat on him with guys other than just you. I wouldn't call it an NTR focused game and even as a massive NTR hater I don't feel like the NTR gets thrown in your face but I could see some people feeling like it is.
The romance path with Ann is a little short on content but it's sweet. You do go all the way with her so you won't be blue balled on her romance path at least. Her corruption path is still loyal, probably worth playing through and has a bit more content. Haven't tried Vanessa's romance path but she's a slut and I could see her path turning off the romance fans. The choice for whether you go romance or blackmail with her is whether or not you decide to look at a photo of her cheating on her bf sucking another dude's dick. I guess it's a little much but if you can stomach that render then you should be fine with anything else you'd see from her.
Anyway as a vanilla player I think the game's pretty good. Even if you don't want to touch Vanessa it's worth playing for Ann imo. Hope I gave enough info to decide anyway.

Vanessa corruption path well it's just Vanessa but her romance path basically you have to tell her bf that it's best to break up with her , he breaks up with her and you can make a deal with her that if you can change her and make her love you without wanting to cheat in other guys she will be your gf and remain loyal to you , if you can't do that you will become the male version of Vanessa. Her path ends there so no more content until next update but it's a good path since there is two ways you it can go with future updates , the path where you are able to change her and make her truly love and care for you or you fail and become a male version of Vanessa. Her path starts interesting if you can just make her bf not wanting her anymore

No it's actually not an NTR focused game. The Romance path is pretty cool, but you could also do corruption instead of romance.
Having said all that, He is busy redoing the game into a new engine and I think the main path he worked on is the corruption path. I will maybe wait untill the game is caught up again to where it was, before I suggest you play it.
Another word of warning, there are other characters having sex, that could be a potential love interest in future. (And you can of course go the full out NTR.) I also think the game was written with corruption being the core focus. That will give you the most content by far.

Unity version is the old version and will no longer be updated.

It's a website running in electron. I wouldn't call that making a new engine.
I think it says in the end scene. Basically, if you tell Joe the truth and make him get out of the way, you won't progress to the new route. The only new route is where he's still in the picture.
Btw, how do I make Ann take the pill in Vanessa's room in the evening? I can't seem to find the route cause she always refuses.

This is getting re-worked onto a different engine? This is like the best tactic devs use to keep games going forever for Patreon.
