This error occurs in this Ep.4 update before every morning in game.Both in x64 and x32 version in Win11.Ep.3 played flawlessly.
PS If you have this problem just click the gear in the left corner before night comes and choose "Skip to next Episod". Otherwise Ull get a loop where game shows Bookmark 15/0 Ep1 and neverending Ep.3 though 2 events from Ep4 Ull get but no more...

so many bugs in S2 E3. 2 of which is that image or scene when you get the keys at the house in the city. it randomly pops up during events or other scenes. then you have this:
as you can see, the png is of another character, and if you click it it sends you back to the main menu
Edit: Can confirm this bug only exists in the current S2 Ep4. Version of the game for those that are still in Ep3. For the S2 EP3 version that came out a while back, it's her own image on the png.

go back and download the previous version of the game if it still exists. This bug only exists in the current update. It isn't there during the last update before this one

don't worry, the game version S2 E3 update is fine, you can progress normally there. only the Episode 4 update has this very bug

Your audience is somewhat restricted: those who appreciate fine graphics, don't like NTR and BTBA fc's, have patience and appreciate a slow approach to corruption, don't insist on too much realism in the storyline, enjoy your ingenuity, and are loyal. But much of the commenting, such as those who use the word 'grind' to describe it, are not in this box. They are people who come in and expect to play this game the same way as they play other sandboxes, which doesn't work very efficiently. I think you should ignore them and keep up the great work. Maybe some of the complainers will figure out how to complete the games easily, but they seem to ignore the guidelines you and other commenters provide. Keep writing to your fans and ignore the non-fans is what I am saying. And good luck building a team! Management is so different from production you will probably find the burnout fades away.

My input - it's a real shame that the hint and replay that was in the the original MBFD was discontinued. Without anything hinting where to go or what to do (beyond saying make them like you more) I am stuck trying to get to the start of Ep 3 - it's just an endless spy or not spy and trivial tasks...
