can't play ,what to do?

I store some variables in the file, "variables.json." Things like ages, names, sexual preference, beastiality on/off. It looks like somehow the file got opened, and never closed, and your game is failing now when it tries to edit the file again. My suggestions are 1) close the game and try again 2) if that doesn't work, open task manager, and go to details, and make sure there isn't an instance of python, or the game running. If there is, kill the process. 3) Reboot. Now, as far as the file goes, chances are that the file has now been corrupted, and will cause you further problems. Go to where your game .exe is located. That is where the vairiables.json is located. Delete the file. You will need to rest the names, and reset your beastiality preference if those things apply to you. The only thing you might lose is Dee's occupation, and her orientation. Her occupation can be edited in by hand by editing the file directly.
Values to use are as follows:
Student "0"
Pinup "1"
Softcore Model "2"
Porn Model "3"
Escort "4"
Porn Actress "5"
Her "orientation" is a display purposes only thing, and doesn't impact the game, so you can pretty much put whatever you want in there. If she "liked kissing Cassie, then her orientation is "Bi-Curious." If she did not, then it is "Straight."
