Get the required items and go to the basement on the main's game mansion

You need to click twice and go trough the menus. Not all books provide the same items.

Yeah complete the story and then go in the starttown to the old guy with the ship. He will bring you to an island where you can rewatch every scene.

complete story. Talk to guildmaster, then succubus villigachef. You should then use what you got from her and rest in your bed. Then you should wake up middle in the night and go to bath. You should get the secound scene, if you go again with a tentacle in womb there.
