I really hope he makes another action game in Unity. Getting mouse support to actually shoot instead of using only the keyboard would be so intuitive and fun to use. I also hope he hard focuses on it, because Seal of Lutellaria has got to be my favourite porn game ever made because it's actually really fun and unique.

Why do Japanese indie game devs always cook the spiciest shit ever? You've got doekuramori, the creator of The Citadel and Beyond the Citadel which are some of the best retro style FPS games I've played in years, and you've got Uzura cooking up really fun metroidvania action games. God damn. Fuck the porn, give me some fun shit!

GroundIsWhat I talked about it roughly here: https://f95zone.to/threads/seal-of-lutellaria-2023-10-21-uzurazanac.154391/post-12328721 as they put out a Ci En post where they were experimenting on Unity which with recent news has been seemingly confirmed to be Unity 2.5D game with a lot still unknown as mentioned by this post and the one afterwards: https://f95zone.to/threads/seal-of-lutellaria-2023-10-21-uzurazanac.154391/post-13087848
However there's been sadly no mention of it being a shooter using the mouse yet and so although I wish for more games that could be more one handed or use mouse in their gameplay aspect....it doesn't seem like this next one is due for it.

I'd like to think that the reason why Japanese Devs can cook up this stuff is because they can split their time up more and with less money crunch since it's easier to work in the adult industry to a degree there while most Western stuff is far behind or shunning it (like how many Honey-pop dating sims do we need?)......but I am throwing out what I believe and haven't done any research on. Oh I also do believe that their work ethics do result in everyone aiming for near if not perfectionism for the finished project.....double edged sword however since it can result in grueling slow development pace. (Looks at Labyrinth of Estras )

Labyrinth of Estras
It's abandoned, right?
I have seen several works that have had a long development time or I also wonder if they exist
(see tinklebell studio)
also games that I don't know what they are like like lewd laberyth or divine arms
Personally I have been worried since dieselmine has not shown signs of life since it released its last game and let's not even talk about Lbuffer.

elasahel It's auto marked as abandoned however the Dev keeps putting out posts saying that they haven't put out anything due to family/health/motivation/time.....the longest gap they went between updates which was the currently released one and the one before that only resulted in proper english translation...removal of camera and some other change I believe....but no actual content, the gap was a year give or take nearly. However they are getting money in that entire time from the Ci-EN support system which should be an incentive to produce however it ends up not being that since well....they went a year and put out that update and have gone silent once more. (they had 3 months time of work before an family death occurred just before Christmas but nothing was visible in terms of work done)
I feel that a better way of doing a donation/support system thing is having it be that when the creator puts out an update of a specific type they give the associated reward for that which you set out, e.g. status update:2 , game preview:5 , demo/game playable update:10 , release of game:20. As through that the creators are incentivized to update their supporters while the supporters can throw money at what they want the most since they could change status update payment to 10 if the creator has been silent for a while. Additionally if they feel that a creator is putting out too much just nothingness for too long they can do the opposite and decrease the payment to 1 and then just stop supporting if it continues since well....the obvious becomes definite and thus the creator loses their ability to be so laid back.
Dieselmine themselves (which are a company now I believe instead of just a small group of people) haven't put out anything themselves for a while-ish (I think Mage Kanede was their last one? and before that it was Lose Hero which was 2 year prior?) but game development can take year or two with their general length of games....animations though could easily add on extra time of a year or so I feel....but they publish plenty (however it sometimes isn't clear when they do publish instead of make) as last game they published looking at Steam was "Fighting Magical Girls RPG Women Defense" on 21st Febuary this year.

Hell yeah, all for it. I got a feeling we can expect some body horror since this seems to be themed around a hospital, but it (mostly) should be the good kind of body horror like the Mantis girl in Lutellaria. A few stage 2 enemies would fit for this setting nicely, so maybe we'll see them again.

Interesting, about dieselmine, the last thing you say I think is only the translation of the game "Fighting Magical Girls RPG Women Defense" is only the English translation and diselmine intl is the publisher,
The penultimate game " " was a total failure, and I feel that because of that failure they released their last game " "
which the truth is, despite being short, it is a good game.
By the way, someone should make a thread where they only talk about uzura games.

New update, looks like the design for the main character has changed substantially.
This is now 100% confirmed to be a horror game; you cannot use weapons, but you can hide and use items to avoid enemies and make progress.
Nice, I hope that they do flesh it out well as I was interested in a few games that followed the same style but upon release have been reviewed horribly so I've stayed away from them for now: https://f95zone.to/threads/nurtale-nesche-v1-0-2-3-chikuatta.169677/ (review score doesn't reflect it as some have given it 5 stars prior to release)

Additionally....am I not the only one whom thinks the breasts are too big? As they appear to end for me right at her waist.

If you look closely, they are smaller than her thighs. Which are also gigantic. :BootyTime:

Welp the picture has changed to different to what I saw so unless you saw it prior to 5pm yesterday it's harder to see what I was meaning.

Also thighs are meant to be thick.

Maybe someone can add his Ci-en to OP:

Uhh... third game and the animations are still like those of a flash game from the 2000s? Well, it's probably not even in alpha yet so I guess it can get better.

On the other hand, the protagonist's design this time I find disgusting, beyond whether she has curves or not, she's between being fat and thin at the same time, her body doesn't make anatomical sense, it looks like a cheap design to me.

I asked the dev on ci-en if they'll put the new game they're developing on steam so it can be sold uncensored to other countries, he confirmed he will be trying to put the game on Steam, but did not mention censorship.
