I start the game and have black screen, is there a fix for it?

Probably a locale issue. The patch linked there probably won't work with the game right above, if you decide to try it and that's the version of the game you have.

While I'm not the biggest fan of tedious grindy dating sims, it's also kind of silly if you can just repeatedly talk to a girl and she falls in love with you in a minute :')
Still like the game's art and other gameplay a lot though.

Don't think there's a way to tell from the game, I guessed the 2.0 for the version in the opening post. That is the latest with the a lot of people use. There is a newer version which the change log only lists a fix for the Chinese translation, that can be found above.

So I checked, EVERY version I use now has to be in the C: drive...

I downloaded the game, but there's only voice over for cut scene dialogues. There's no voice over for "Talk" dialogues. Is that normal? It was intentional with the recollection hint words like "Etch", right?
