if I understad well (probably not) there's a sort of auto update, but with which cirteria? only for Patreons?
I do not want to download the entire updated game and I do not trust those self made update...

There is no auto update as far as I know. The patch downloads work every time extract them into the game folder.. Just for the newest update there seem to be no update only in here so far.
