"Don't like it, don't play it"? Fine by me.
Is it though? Every word of your post drips with entitlement.
The tone with which the author wants us to watch his incest gay rape scene for "plot" is hilarious, as if a decent storyline in a porn 3D visual novel required a very serious, dramatic, gruesome and vile kick off - and you have to interact with it, because the author wants it so.
You don't have to interact with it at all, unless you want to play my game, and then yes, the content is relevant. This is not porn. Yes, it has pornographic imagery, but it is nonetheless erotica, a plot driven, narrative based story with porn in it, not porn for the sake of porn. If that's not what you're looking for that's fine. Move on. But no, you had to comment on it as if you were entitled to me making something you wanted to play.
If this had been approached in terms of "Please be warned, this game contains content relating to rape, incest and male-on-male content as part of the plot. All other content is avoidable. Thank you.", I would have given it the benefit of the doubt
You weren't here when the game launched, clearly. Had you been, that is the message you would have been met with. The changes and vitriol are a result of abuse from people like you who had all the same problems you do, that you reveal -
even though there's no reason for such being in the game beyond the author's own male rape fantasies.
This makes me assume you haven't actually played it at all. If you have you're very clearly not acting honestly with this. There's an option that eliminates the imagery and only has the story. More to the point, as it acts as the driving motivation for the entire plot, not having it at all means you're missing that plot. Again, you're coming at this looking for a fap and not a story, fine, not for you, move on. But you decided to engage, to critique, and to engage in slanderous bullshit because your fragile masculinity can't handle being challenged.
Now being told "yes it has shock content, no I'm not cutting that part off, deal with it sweetie and here's a Karen meme" is being presumptuous and overly confident about your game. Either way, it's on update 2 and it's already
, so I guess I'm not missing out on much.
And here's the entitlement in full swing. You believe that I need to cater to you. That my artistic expression only has value if you deem it to. It's not about you. I don't do this for your approval. I do this because I had a story to tell. I'm not telling your story, I'm telling mine. I'm not Disney. I'm not making content that is audience tested and completely numbers driven. The fact that you think I should is hilarious, because after reading your comment I can see you bitching about hollywood being full of sjw this or that, not understanding that it's there for exactly the reason you think I should cater to you.
I just noticed the author's posts above, and today no less. More aggression. Overwhelmed? Fatigued? Depressed? Frustrated? All a series of very serious conditions that require being addressed to, hopefully by a professional.
Bashing your fans is not addressing the situation.
You know what really doesn't address the situation? Adding to the stress of my life by acting as if you're entitled to that very life. As if I need to cater to you and your desires, putting out content for you to consume in a time frame you approve of. If you don't get why that would make a person angry, why it would make them react as I have, then you're an emotional retard. Go learn some empathy. You need it.
