Sad to see this abandened, The story is original, engaging and moving. Would love to see this vision fulfilled could be a great story.

It's been over a year now, can't see it happening.
Dev came in with this and another game, Seraphim Academy, and shit on both fans. Still posting away to this day without a care in the world.
I think that's a bit unfair. Some people do have problems IRL.
The dev does indeed still occassionally post but nowhere near as prolifically as before.

Dev started on two very promising games, and then stopped developing them.
There's nothing more to it.
Why on earth would you think that you have the right to demand that someone else develops a game for you?

Also the only sex scene is a bonus NTR scene commissioned by a patron and that by looking at the patreon I don't think doesn't contribute anymore or much, which is ironic since I think someone boasted about that scene or something, its been awhile and I don't want to read the backlog comments.
Optional NTR VN with its only sex scene as NTR also won't bid well if he returns, this kind of thing IMO encourages people to seek out VNs with Vanilla sex scenes in first releases, which can be bad (fuck fest).

That is why I never start a game before it's not at least six months in development with at least a couple of updates during that time. It spares me the heartache of a game getting abandoned so often and also allows allows me to play a decent chunk when I start the game.
My very first game I played on here was Parental Love (before the inevitable Big Brother) and I though...What a shit game...since it was only 5 minutes long. How wrong was I? So it pays to wait a couple of months...get some content in the game and see the dev's resolve and dedication.
You still get "Dual Family", "Family Matters", "My sweet neighbours", but most are few and far in between.
I started this one when I was still stupid. I fell in love with this story....and now it's gone. Lesson learned.

I agree this one was heartbreaking.... because you can feel the potential for a great heart wrenching story. Maybee one day a Dev will see the potential and pick it up.

Interesting analogy, with the different-gendered twin getting raped. It's one of the reasons I decided to play this game - Alexis is a truly gorgeous and sympathetic character.
But Viitgames has never produced a special where the MC is tied up and forced to watch Haley fucking some other guy.
It is a shame that that was the last thing we got to see - a scene paid for by a Patron, out of the then-current flow of the game. Unfortunately, it is likely that we will never know the vision that the developer had for this game. I understand that there would have been an NTR path, probably involving both twins, but I would have liked to see what was in store for a more loving path.
But such is the fate of too many good starts to porn games.
I totally agree, so far from what I have seen there are 3 types of games, type: manila shaw, or elenas life etc, which are pure fun. Sandbox or multiple options like "transfigure", with a colossal work in options. And the most linear novels that are, I think, the most common.
But haley's level when it comes to character development is fantastic, because he is so consistent and loyal to the story and the options don't seem forced or artificially twisted.
