Yeah he does, the supposedly "true" ending is her leaving the ship with him. Which means if we ever get todoroki 2 he'll definitely get cucked hard lol

She got pregnant and married at the end of the game. todoroki 2 will probably another mission related or prequel like yuka

Or somewhere between post-todoroki 1 and Izumi x John marriage. I can imagine it'll take a while before they actually commit into marriage realistically speaking, but it is a porn game lol
Amazon did put sequel instead of prequel on the poll but 'sequel' could mean both really, honestly speaking I hope the story will go forward.
