Something I forgot to say I like about this game is the mc isn't some creepy arsehole who just abuses the women in his life
that has turned me of a lot of visual novels on this site.
I like when the mc in games loves and respect the boundaries of the girls and isn't just thinking of sex.

Then you are in luck. Play all the games by Tlaero & Mortze, Tora Productions ( links in the OP ) and have a blast weekend. You can search for the right sequence of games, there must be plenty of posts somewhere detailing that.

Then the Omnibus should be the place to start, it's a bundle with 5 completed games (ok, 4 and 1/2) and a bunch of short, non-interactive stories set in the same fictional universe (some of them are text-only). If you happen to like them, that storyline keeps advancing in Elsa's Nightmares, Elsaverse: Transitions and Chasing Beth, in that order.

You could try playing as a lesbian woman. You don't have to see the MC as yourself. Think of it as watching a movie with a female protagonist. If nothing else, you get to look at two hot women while playing instead of just one.

the only downside this great game has so far is Aisha being locked out from straight male path.

and self-inserting is, if we are talking of actual games/avns, pretty much the first step when im starting to play those.
(otherwise there are pornhub videos, though even there lesbo couples arent exactly my thing, no disrespect).

yet, we have to take what is provided and move along, trying not to brag (too much) in that regard as there are all sort of tastes and the most important ones are those of the devs/game-makers.

Overview:
Toro 7 is an episodic science fiction story where you will be tasked with unraveling a mystery
that is taking place on an isolated station.
You can play as a straight man, a straight woman, or a lesbian woman and will have a variety of people to try to romance
(although this is not a "harem" game).
While this introductory episode has limited choices, the options will expand in future ones.
This takes place in a universe that is distinct from our other ones. We hope you enjoy it!
As you can tell from the title, this game is going to be episodic.
This episode is largely the introduction.
I'm not sure how long we'll take on each episode, although we're fairly far along on the next one because we delayed Ep0
until I was comfortable with the code for Ep1.​

I'm curious about something. I put two Star Wars references into Ep5, but apparently they were both really oblique, because Mortze didn't catch them. Did any of you?

...I have to say, if those were the references, they were pretty subtle. It's not surprising people missed them.

If anything, going back to pick through it with a fine-toothed comb, I started noticing a few lines that could be references to other stuff as well (but probably weren't). Like Highlander. Or Spaceballs.

When you're writing really terse sci-fi dialogue, at a certain point it all starts to resemble lines from other stuff, so I think most people just assume any given line isn't a reference, unless it's a really blatant one.

Very good! Yeah, when not even Mortze got them, I realized they were probably too subtle. But, at the same time, overly subtle references that only a few people get are kind of fun.

It made me go back and replay, and until I reheard the original lines they didn't click for me. Subtle with a touch of obfuscation. Lemony Snickett used to do this a lot, and some of those were really obscure.

Yeah. The last 3 Elsaverse VNs were native Renpy. I've grown accustomed to Renpy, both its strengths and its limitations, and don't plan to go back to HTML. Well, for VNs, at least. I still write "Mostly text with a few pictures" short stories in HTML. But Renpy is completely inappropriate for text-first stories.

I am not sure if this has been asked before but have you written any books or would you ever write a book of stories like the Elsa verse or Toro 7 or even write these stories as a paper back book? Last week we had two Taras about to wreak havoc. Lazy Turtle rocketed to the top of the caption contest with the catchy:

"Prepare for trouble!"
"And make it double!"

In other words, LT, I choose you!

We did two more sex scenes in Toro 7 Ep 6 this week. 6 more to go. And our localizers have translated everything but the sex scenes. So things are going pretty well. That said, doing sex scenes is pretty draining. Whose idea was it to do a game where we have to make sex scenes in multiples of 9? I'd like to have words with her...

Speaking of Localizers, Marco recently translated the Miranda short story, "Hope" to French, and I've added it to the official download. No change in the English and Spanish versions, but if you speak French or missed this last time, check it out.
