There is literally only one new sequence. If you go to Mel's house in the afternoon it should trigger a sequence where Mel and Tif go to the country. Other than a couple little flashes there is zero lewd content.

Sorry, I may just not explained properly. I meant that there won't be any harem ending where you will get all the women. You can pursuit every female character in the game till the end. Only at the end you will have to decide what kind of character you would want to stay with. (But yeah, with some characters, there will be some consequences if you would cheat on them)
P.S. With few characters will be "combined" ending. For example there probably will be Twins/Tiffany ending.
