Looks like a bug. Hobgoblins shouldn't have a "young" form, they spend all their lives as loli.
It would be easier to help you if you said if you're using Complex Breeding.
Note that milk has random effects in the baseline game, and they have a low probability of happening past the first bottle, so we're talking about feeding them 10-20 bottles at least.

I am watching your mod development with interest.
But most of the problems that we can't adopt ideas are only a matter of time.
If you look at the time you spent developing the mod, you will understand.
I think the next game will be a little more MOD friendly.

any way to use this when you don't have a numlock key?Cool, they finally fixed BepInEx so it can properly run BepInExConfigManager again (called by F5 key).
IDK what happened to the original modpack topic that it drifted into read-only Rejected Game Requests forum.
So I'll post the mods here for now even if it'll be more difficult to find them this way.
The latest version of MapKeyboardExtended in the modpack allows (un)age/undress/recolor/partially modify (tails/ears/tits/tattoo) everyone under multi-selection at once. The additions are unconfigurable and mapped to keys 1-9 on numeric pad in NumLock mode temporarily. So, hevensdragon, mass undressing can be done with Numeric Pad 2 key.
I also removed uncensor as it's not needed for now.

Also another french translation got released by Jujulol, but it wasn't working at all + it wasn't ported to 2.0.0

Looks similar to the NPC Niel's offspring. It's coded as an adult but still has the model of "young".
To make sure we're on the same page: furry milk increases the "multiple pregnancy" trait, which increases "Max concurrent fetuses" stat. "Max concurrent fetuses" stat is capped at 3, you can't get it higher unless you're using mods (I think "Tits" allows higher values). When it's at 3 or more, you can breed the slave with large monsters.
If you want to increase "birth count" stat, you need milk with "maximum births" trait, which increases maximum birth count. It's a very common trait, found on draconian, small furry and dwarf milk.
if you have the complex breeding mod, milk has no affect on any slaves. That's one of the gimmicks i'm not a personal fan of

Well, not entirely. Milk still makes (child) slaves grow, unless they're specifically "small" types like sheep. It's still easily noticeable on humans.
1) Monsters can't be born in birth show room.
2) When a slave is pregnant with a non-monster, she will be transferred to that room and wait.
3) When an audience comes, the show will begin and children will be born. In your private estate, you will need to drag "yourself" to the birth show.
As DLSKG has said, birth show room only becomes practical in a brothel where births happen regularly due to not using condoms. For example, due to buying the last upgrade for the brothel.

Yes. Last upgrade for the brothel. It allows you to clean visitors with a frame, so they don't spread STDs, but can still impregnate.
Depending on how your windows are set up, it might be hidden from you until you scroll down.
So one of my unique slaves died and wasn't transferred back to the cage. When I noticed her sitting in the VVIP room not doing anything with extremely low HP, I put her in the cage to recover and she just disintegrated...
Is that normal? I thought pixies were supposed to transfer girls back to the cages when their HP gets low?
EDIT: I'm thinking that while I was fiddling with the condom/STD scanner settings I might have let someone through that infected her. I also lost the unique bunny slave as well without noticing...
