I'm stuck on missions, I'm at the point where the MC meets the Chinese mafia and does the 2 missions for them, after that the book of face says I have to go to school, in the guide they mention something about gym classes but when I go nothing happens, I've attended all the other classes to get them all at 10/10 but still nothing happens, am I screwed? I hope not because I have 35 hours of gameplay in my game

No, you are not. This is just a regularly occuring bug, search this forum for "Warren school" and you should be able to find the solution. It takes a bit of save editting but not too hard, but you can also post your save here, and an expert will possibly help you.

I was reading the comments on how to fix the bug and it seems like I'm screwed. I'm playing on a port of the APK that androidAdult made and I can't see how to apply the bug fixes. Does the game run properly on joystick? :'v

When is the best time to complete the philosophy teacher's mission? Apparently, if you do it early, you'll get stuck at the point where you have to go to Carol's house to complete the second history assignment. Should I do it right after I can use the car?
