anything that leads to ntr due to mc's failure to overcome some kind of challenge (and eventual corruption of the fmc). the "seeing" it happen without having a way to reach\interrupt is a plus

Make me lover - also really enjoyed this one too, however maybe look at a guide if you want to transfer from the pure love to ntr route as requires loosing specific battles (if not just get a game over). Or can just play the darkness route to start full ntr.
N love - this one was good too however felt a bit short (pretty hard to get ntr'd unless actively choosing bad options)
^recommend using textractor to play the untranslated ones
All of these are when the player has a option to avoid the ntr and it occurs due to bad gameplay

That game was kind of a placeholder
not finished, not polished just some tabletop kind of game with some animations, if you want I could upload it but dont expect to much of it

Any good ntr light novels? I remember reading 2 pretty good ones a while back, one was with 3 sisters that are kinda "haremy" around the mc and then get stolen (I think sisters was in the name).
Then there was one where the mc got cursed with ntr by a goddess, I remember he had guns.
Well anyway, both I really liked because of the fantasy setting. It took the usual light novel tropes but then added ntr to that and it was pretty good.
Any recommendation to something similar? It being kinda fantasy setting is pretty important (or medieval w/e, just not contemporary like from school etc). Perhaps an adventure.
Also I like a cohesive story. Those divided into chapters where everyone can add their own story I kinda dislike. I cannot remember the name of the site now. The chapters were made by "decision" you would make.
