That wont be happening. The dev is already (since about 3 years) working on a new projekt https://f95zone.to/threads/seaside-mystery-v0-18-1-cracked-kst.68787/ .

Also, its a game made in the Unity engine and i dont really think this can be remade/imported to RenPy at all without basicly redoing it from scratch.

I first played this game 3 or 4 years ago, at the time I thought it was fine graphics wise. Now I decided to play again since is complete but man, the graphics at least in the beginning are pretty rough specially since I just played Seaside Mystery.

My question is this, as I play do the graphics get better with the game updates that happened throughout the time or this not how 3D game works?

That's not how a 3D game works.

Whilst this isn't the most demanding game on a GPU, the graphical quality is affected by what it's set at when you hit play from the launcher. There's a drop-down list of graphics options that will dictate the overall graphical quality, but the highest setting is as good as it gets as far as the skin/texture meshes go.

I literally just found out haha. I was playing on the default quality which is the "fastest", now I changed to "high" and is a lot better, thanks.

No, but he's really only a minor nuisance. Skip 6 days from the point he arrives, then he's away for two.
Repeat until at the point where you can kick him out or make him sleep on the couch indefinitely - Both options have him somehow still paying the bills though!

The shady guy at school should be involved with the story of the woman in the pharmacy. At the very beginning, when you try to find out about anal, she wont talk to you about it but your friend at school then tells you, that the shady guy sells pills that will help you, which you then put into her drink during her coffee break. So, it is not Adriana who sends you to him, but the guy at school.

Switching scenes was so painfully slow I decided to investigate a bit... besides the

being painfully slow at loading scenes (nothing much I can do about that without a lot of work) every time you switch scenes the game does a bunch of calls to wait and to fade the screen. Note that no scene loading is done during this time, the CPU is essentially idle for 1.5-3s every time you switch locations...

I modified the cheat mod to test this and it seems to be true, I basically patched the FadeScreen and Wait functions to be instant.
Here is a comparison video:

Note that this is experimental and might break some stuff. "Wait" is used during many scenes, and I am unsure if they were necessary during scene changes for some reason. Still, I would appreciate some input about how the mod works. Especially if you find any game breaking bugs that I should fix before I release this properly.
