It's not compete and it's not abandoned. But the developer is pretty slow, and maybe deliberately even more so right now. The latest version from about a year ago is linked to above.

The change log (and links) are a few posts above or here, a brief description here. The translation patch is kind of a temporary one. And there's a few odd bits missing, but it's very playable. Maybe when it's done the opening post will get updated. The patch gets updated a lot.

That's the game with przemo's translation patch and extra mods installed from the opening post. There's that small fix (that itself needs fixing) under it and the fix for custom clothes. Also the cheat mod and the voice mod, all only if you want them.

If you want a few more extra bits of mods and things though you want to start from scratch, and use .

The say bar unlocks and appears over time, same with some of the commands.

Yes but you need to build it yourself, look here for links and instructions on 3.0.22 and tfpatchguy's things. You can't use your old 2.5.2 save, but it has cheats or there is a save around.
