The mod is not finished. You can search & read my posts in this thread over the past 1+ year to get the latest about the progress as that's pretty much the only thing I talked about in here.
In short, the last feedback from the dev was 3 months ago. One more release was still necessary to complete the mod for MC v1.0e but there is no timeline for when it may happen as it's not a priority and the demand has practically died off.

Does that one last update kinda important?? Or do you think it doesn't affect that much for overall experience??

See what I underlined below in dev's last reply. It was useful to me as I haven't yet played MC v1.0 waiting for the mod to be [COMPLETED].

Sorry if I was absent from the communications. I was overloaded with a lot of work and didn't have time to finish the mod. But it's not abandoned. It's near completion. I think I have two more characters to review and that's it. The work itself shouldn't take much time, several days to a week, but the problem is that I can't switch to it right now. I still have more pressing things to work on first.

As for the compatibility, I don't think our mods align. We have a very different approach to the way we look at the game. My mod tries to stay very close to the source. I did indeed do a lot of rewriting to heavily improve on the incest aspect of the dialog, story, and characters, but I never tried to diminish the original way it was introduced to the players; rather, I aimed to build on top of it. Rewriting the dialog from scratch, while on paper might be a good idea, won't result in the same game, same characters, or same feel to the story, no matter how good your writing skills are, in my humble opinion. But I could be wrong on that part.

I'll try to carve some time in my schedule and work to finish the mod. I can't give any dates, but I hope I can release a final version sooner rather than later.

The short of it is: The game still has a few immersion breaking texts, especially around the lines of a few characters the dev hasn't focused on yet. The amount of it is relatively small, especially compared to earlier versions of the mod.

I don't want to get into it too much again but I am so pissed off by ICSTOR's lies & money whoring (not just how he milks his paypigs but also how he butchered MC to remove incest and be a good slut for Patreon's Fantasy Police) that I will only play this game when it will be restored as much as possible to its original spirit. Powerbabe's work seems to be what I'm looking for as it not only corrects how characters call each other but it also makes small adjustments to texts wherever the need pops out at the dev. So I'm waiting.

From what I read is that content restoration isn't going to have a proper ending because it's not even been made yet by ICSTOR, and the ending is gonna come from a DLC?? Is that correct??

Yes, of course. This mod doesn't add completely new scenes & choices which would be needed for better endings. It just restores some stuff that was deleted by ICSTOR to easily avoid Patreon's Fantasy Police and corrects dialogues and choices text to properly restore incest as it was initially baked into the game.

And the entire Delilah (swimsuit girl) plotline was extreme cringe, it felt like the power fantasy of an angsty teenager who got rejected in high school not just because of the degradation topic, but the amount of speeches the MC went on. Protip: real people don't just sit there for you to read off your 8 paragraphs of how much of a better person you are.
The only thing missing was the podium for him to stand on and the standing ovation in the background for 'telling it like it is'. Eugh.

If you have any other specific criticism of the game, particularly the writing, I'd like to read it. I'm rewriting the game in this mod, and so I'll keep this criticism in mind when I get to Delilah's story. So, I encourage you to criticize, here, or in that thread.

That said, Delilah has been the lowest priority for me, since other players in the thread have expressed the opinion that hers is the best written in the official game.

I plan to make a video enhancement mod for this game since animations contain a lot of different flaws

The goal is to achieve a better overall quality with these actions :

1) Fixing weird motion artefacts which I believe are interlaced frames (~25% of all animations)

2) reduce compression and noise artefacts

3) And of course convert all animations to 60 fps for smoother motion

4) More efficient compression encoding (from VP8 to VP9) which basically divides the bitrate by 2
