No that's why it's labeled as with everything, it has all of tfpatchguy's 3.0.22 things installed. Their translation patch, with the mod pack (the voice mod being part of it) and custom clothes made to go with.
...Unless you want a cushion for Sylvie that will still work with 3.0.22 as it's just a jpg to swap.

yes, but the option to purchase at the night store isnt available. playing the v4.0.6
