Hi. I am a MAC user and I downloaded using the pixeldrain link. I have the file downloaded but I don't know what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Yeah I don't mean completely avoidable, the partnering up for class is main plot and thats all fine. But the game doesn't give the player the choice to either keep doing other things with her, or just back off and do the assignment and nothing else. My main problem with her is that her uniform prank on Nami never gets answered for. Well I guess the MC can threaten her in the gym when she's bench pressing, but she never expresses remorse or apologizes to either of them. It just seems like she's a forced LI, you can't choose to NOT ask about the other girl in the picture (so you could just finish your homework and go home.) So then the next day the MC is all apologetic to her and soon after is given the choice to open up to her about Summer. But -nothing- she has done up to that point has given me any confidence that she could be trusted that much, so I keep it to myself.
I mean its kinda like Jill in BaDIK. You can't NOT ask her out in front of Tybalt. (...or maybe you can? Its been awhile, I just remember it as being unavoidable.) All you get to choose is if you did it to piss of Tybalt or not, which is a real asshole thing to do (to Jill. Don't give a shit about him.) But the game doesn't give you a clean way to not start the Jill path if you're intending on picking J&M eventually.
Bella knows Nami is coming for her, pretty sure at some point Nami will prank bella.
Bella even appreciates the MC's loyality if you tell her that youre gonna help Nami. This is her reply (and her view on siblings):

fair points yeah it does feel like it's the Bella game at this point. Never thought about these points since I liked Bella after a certain point but yeah if it was someone I dont trust or hate like Vanessa then yeah Id probably feel the same as you. I personally started to give her a chance after the shower scene and she just got better for me from there and the prank felt like water under the bridge to me. Chapter 5 actually made me start to dislike Nami a bit at least if you are on the Bella path.

Changed Season 1 to have it not be restricted on steam, only to have it restricted on steam.Bro, this was discussed, re-discussed and over discussed again and again for tenth times here.
Are there sex scenes in the first season of BaD? Iirc yes, a lot.
Are there sex scenes in the first season of SG? As far as I know - no.
Would a player expect a sex scene in a game marked as "Adult only" like BaD?
It's safe to assume, they would certainly expect it.
Will BaD live up to these player expectations? Definitely yes.
Can the same be stated about SG? Absolutely not!
Do you understand now? By presenting SG as an adult game, Ocean would not be breaking any of Steam's rules, but it would be giving players the completely false expectation that the game would have sexual content. Unfortunately, most people still refer to "adult content" as "containing porn", although this is not entirely true.
So, Ocean removed everything that could be considered as porn content, even just images of genitals. Added the "Occasional Nudity" tag and submitted the game to Steam. They carefully reviewed the content, especially Bella's boobs, and told him - this was not an Occasional, but Frequent Nudity!
As I understand it, he tried to change their verdict, but Steam was adamant and he gave up. As a result, the game received the tag "Frequent Nudity" and with it restrictions by age and country. And here we are.
I won’t even start about the part of the story related to the music licenses; if you want, you can find all this drama in the thread and in the dev logs.
Granted, it's not like season 1 was ever going to have actual sex scenes with the way the story (or lack thereof) is going so far but I guess people just really wanted to see Nika's dong in that change booth. Although it does suck for the dev to put all that time in to trying to re-edit/render S1 to make it through the restrictions only to not make it. At least with season 2 and beyond they won't care about it anymore and won't have to dance around the steam nonsense.
What shower scene? I just went through a replay yesterday, I remember the MC talking with one of the other players and I think you see her feet in another shower at the end of the scene, but all I remember was that the MC was being warned about her. What was said that made you give her a chance?
I haven't finished the new update, I ran into missing renders while taking Victoria for a walk after pizza and drinks at her place with Nami and Mila, so I guess I'm waiting for a new update or something.

the one where the MC gets handcuffed in the girls shower and Bella is the one that comes to save him from the prank. Not sure if it's changed in the rework yet to play it. I forget what she said exactly but it was that entire scene that made me give her a chance.

Yeah, that's a bummer. On Steam. I haven't kept up with the latest news, but as far as I know, it's available on Epic with fewer restrictions, so it's still partially worked. And of course, it is now clear that it was necessary to either remove all nudity, or not bother with the censorship at all (not sure about music licences tho) But this became clear only now, after everything happened.Changed Season 1 to have it not be restricted on steam, only to have it restricted on steam.
Let's be honest, this wasn't just Nika's dong.
But look at this from a new user's perspective, you see the game in recommendations, the only tag that could be considered adult is "Frequent nudity". You fall for the screenshots and reviews, buy the game and actually get what is promised. Some nudity and the story/relationship building/charactes.
So the only ones who could be disappointed are some of the old users. But you can't please everyone. Some people are still sulking that the psycho MC is no more and Marla’s gun was taken away.
Huh. Thats not how that scene goes for me, but I don't know what you mean by "rework". Maybe I've only played the rework? Or, also very possible, because I made no Bella choices up to this point, she wasn't chosen in the code to save me? But if I gotta already be on her path to get the scene then its not gonna help convince me to get on the path. (For me, the next class finds the MC handcuffed, and the airhead twin cuffs herself to the MC while uncuffing him and then loses the key and hijinks ensue...)

No, this scene plays different depending on whether you're on Bella's route or not. Kiss Bella and the scene will be different.
When was the choice to kiss her? I know I wouldn't have so that explains why I didn't see her in this scene.
It comes back to, why are reasons to trust her being gated by actions I wouldn't take because I don't trust her?
Yeah, I should qualify that I wrote that after wading through the revised scenes in chapters 2 to 3.
My overall impression is that the highest frequency of spelling/grammatical errors in SG occur in the first release of new material; in this case the reworked parts of chapters 2 to 3.5. With past updates, these errors do to get corrected over time. That is, most do, but not everything. I recall maybe half-a-dozen spelling errors (out of hundreds and hundreds of lines of dialogue) on my last Ch 5 Beta playthrough.
Once the errors are corrected, I find the dialogues reasonably natural and articulate. It's just the problem with that damned new material... not the whole game.
Getting players to act as Beta testers is all well and good, but I was under the impression that the Steam release was so important that it would warrant extra proof reading, especially within the dialogues of the reworked chapters and added scenes.
Anyone who has done any writing of any sort in their working career would know that, in this case, you wouldn't proof read by playing the game. You'd carefully proofread the scripts, using the likes of MS Word or other writing software to highlight potential errors for investigation... and you'd continue proofreading until no more errors appear.

Well, as I understand it, MC felt a kindred spirit in her, and this gave him confidence that she would not betray him in a serious matter. If you go to the gym with her, there will be a little dialogue about this topic.
As for the kiss - first of all, you need to tell her that you are not so different when Amber scolds her because of your scar from the fight. Then change clothes in front of her in the booth. And after dinner at the restaurant, agree with her that you are a great team.
