dunno if it got changed or not but in past appdata had prior1 so if edited save then needed to have it named differently than originally to get edits into game.
i am pretty sure that local has prio - but best practise: just delete appdata and rely on local saves :p
Why i am sure? -> there are games which don't even have appdata files!

well those RENPY games i play have appdata\roaming\renpy and unity games have appdata\local if saves aren't in game folder.

and why i know that here are games without appdata?
Usually i used to delete the "old" folder after installing the new update - and several times i lost my savegames because there wasn't any appdata save. So i had to undo the delete. Since then i just delete the appdata saves and copy my local game/save files before i delete the old folder.

Personally I prefer it when apps store their settings in their own folders. That is why I use portable apps as much as possible. Easier to backup and reinstall.

and after you delete the games once they are finished, all the savegame trash is still stored there forever.

That's why i even consider to script a cronjob deleting my appdata files on a daily base in general. No one needs them

Actually that ending wasn't planned. During beta testing, i felt that such an ending should be a good idea and i talked to Dots that much and so long until he agreed - so that ending has been implemented within the very last second. So it's one of the reason, the game release has been delayed. (actually, the game had to be delayed anyways for other reason, but that delay made it possible to get the bad harem ending into the game)

Well, seems like deleting the savegames from %appdata% doesn't harm anything. The exact files seemed to exist inside the game folder, at a cursory glance, and they seem to load just fine. I like it when things are in one place.

Yeah that's what I thought. Timestamps are the same, sizes are the same. I didn't do a checksum verification but yeah...
well depending renpy version times and dates can be same on every save (try figuring out then what's latest save and what not).

Wow reviews on this game are total bulshit I must say, someone should look into this, every random frustrated kid can write review here? How such work can have 1-2 stars, they must be some real connoisseurs or total dipshits. Score of review shouldnt be affected by having or not having particular feature (like harem, ntr, inest etc) Story, design, animation overal taste this is what matters. Not saying its flawless 5/5 but it definatelly stands out in what we can find up to date.

yes and even "hired help" can make reviews, don't remember if making a review reqs more than 1 post.

you can try reporting reviews but since there are "many" of bs reviews it's not worth the effort.

Just started this game. I’ve got no imagination so does anyone happen to know what names the developers used in their playthrough?

no default names so use whatever you want like jack, jill and mary.
