Been trying to play
Premise is MC and childhood friend living in a village whose custom is everybody having sex with everybody because you know low fertility, typical japanese stuff. And the "kink" i would asume is the idea of sex being seen as this completely natural and casual thing. Just at the beggining you have the MC bringing food to the neighbours house where you see his mother fucking a dude and MC just walks in as it is the most natural thing in the world and gives her the food.
And so far the scene flow is sex scene after sex scene with different participants, whose you can see for example MC, MC male childhood friend, MC female childhood friend 1(MC lover) and MC female childhood friend 2 (male childhood friend lover). Also your female teachers, female shop vendor, and a bunch of dudes also participate, etc etc. There seem to be a dialog choice system but haven't checked if it actually has any consequences on what happens on the story. And a point progression system.
Haven't progressed far enough because not decent MTL available yet. Maybe i should put myself together and learn how to use translator++ with some IA model.Also because i wanna use it for reference for my own project.

And I would say that it looks very likely that will be expanded. Quite the interesting game IMO.

I like 2D just fine, in fact I find it preferable in general. Plenty of cases where the 3D turns out really well, but in most cases I think the 3D engines being used have character models that are just way too low quality and hit an uncanny valley feel. I would rather an older engine be used than one that gives off inhuman vibes.

I very much enjoy the FMC perspective as well. I've written a narrative with fan art (shameless self plug lol) on the Netorase Phone fan art thread and am working on more, and find the narratives to be more compelling when I'm writing from the LI's perspective. The only thing that stuck out to me in your comment was the word "cheating" -- these kind of games are about women stepping out at the wishes/desires/consent of the MC/male love interest, so it's not considered "cheating" as he wants it, too, and oftentimes more than she does (at the beginning or throughout the game, there's plenty of variety).

I've always stayed away from these two because of comments and reviews stating there's unavoidable NTR. Was that your experience?

Yeah, I realized after posting that that this thread is catered more towards swinging and consent than infidelity.
