forgive my ignorance, I'm still pretty shit at finding my way around this forum. But is there any way to easily find Night Hacker's shared assets? A post that would compile them maybe?

I'd happily browse through his posts on this thread, but it seems he limits who can see his profile, and apparently i'm not one of them ^^. And thinking of checking the 500 pages on this thread makes my head spin.
not sure what would push one to do so (I'm sure he has good reasons), but it's a shame as I used to often refer to his work as a framework for mine.
Thanks for sharing your models with us Night Hacker if you read this (i'm such a noob I don't even know how to tag someone).

thanks in advance

While on the thread use the magnifying glass at the top to search for the word "assets" and then check each post from Night Hacker on the search (open in new tab rather than having to start search each time).

There's also an asset list elsewhere in the thread https://f95zone.to/threads/being-a-dik-fan-art.29960/post-2304027 however it's not been edited in over a year so won't have Night Hacker's more recent assets.

Well, I done a little search and I honestly surprised myself! I didn't realize I had posted so many, but... I put together a list of links to posts I have done that included Scene Subsets of mine... I still can't get over how long this is! I am surprised to be honest! I obviously need a life! ;)

Enjoy... (if you need anything specifically, just ask me, I'll either point you to the post where it is available or I will repost it, not a problem).

It's a nice picture, but it seems to me that it is really blurry just viewed at 100%. Are you rendering small and then scaling it big for some reason? Could also do with a little bit of extra light on her face.
Rendering usually takes me hours so I try rendering the model then add background in affinity photo may not be the best way but I got to work with what I have. (y)

High quality renders can really take hours, while my record was 7-8 hours when I did Sarah's photo shoot. May I ask what hardware do you have and do you use the CPU Fallback feature?
And it is okay, take your time, play with this and you will get better and better.

Basic windows 11, I didn't even realize daz stops rendering after 2 hours till yesterday I got a lot to learn, yes I believe i'm using the cpu fallback

First I'll say, no complaints here. I'm just trying to help.

The 2 hours... 7200 seconds = 120 minutes = 2 hours (here's where that setting is on the render tab)
2 hour.jpg

There's a lot of pixelation in Josy. As a quick example:
pixelation.jpg

The background however is crystal clear. There are multiple options depending on your ultimate end need (even with a low end computer).
1. I assume you are scaling Josy up from a small render. Don't. If the main focus of your image only looks clean 1/4 scale, then release the image at 1/4 scale, not full scale. If others want to "create" the pixelation but scaling the image bigger then let them do it. But have your actual post be a clean image.
2. If you do want to release bigger, blur the background image you are inserting so it is degraded to match Josy. Having the background be clear and your model be blurry pulls the viewers focus away from your target.
3. Use an "upscaler." Google image upscaling and you can find online websites to do it.
4. Try sharpening the problem areas or running other image filters over it to clean it up.

Here's a transition image with a few quick variations on your original image as a sampling.
(original image / background blurred / upscaled-sharpened-soft light to Josy's face-downscaled / previous image but with only Josy's portion of the image having gone through the alteration process)

The last image in the above set as a jpg
josy u-s-l-d-r.jpg

I'll add that I upscaled and then downscaled because I do not have access to the original downscaled Josy. I upscaled to clean up the pixelation lines but wanted my final result back at the original scale. With a starting small version just doing the upscale would be the only part needed.

Try to disable it, then only the graphic card will be used for work. I went several times faster, but it depends on the specifications.
Thanks I will
