I'll try my best, but most questions are ambiguous and will yield very subjective answers.
- Something between warden and prisoner, depending on playstyle. Also, balancing is always very fragile while the game isn't finished. For first few runs I'd advise warden mode, but the prisoner-mode-only character creation stuff is quite neat.
- Don't really get what you mean. Edicts wise, start out fixing your budget and increase your training boosts (exp growth) early on (it helps focusing your levels). Accessories can be a massive money waste. 'Publishing' edicts are quite lucrative, but the less paying ones should only be chosen if you know (or get to) the nerd blackmail stuff. Also always focus sleep quality.
- No idea what you mean here. I assume you mean beating bosses? I often take my time and take them on when getting close to current max warden level. But I'd like to mention that you don't have to 'clean up' floors in the sense that you have to beat every single room. You can pick your fights each day as you like. You can go directly to the boss after getting out of bed.
- Do you mean side jobs? Working the bar generates tips and working the bar regularly increases the daiy bar income. Working the reception increases your order depending on visitors processed. The gloryhole reduces the current fatigue and if she gets dirty in there (i.e. satifying dudes) the staff efficiency increases. That's mostly better income as well.
- Do not pick same area for both. The rest is pure preference. The prisoner mode only ones are mostly an additional challenge.
- I have to guess this question, too. Do you want her first to be a goblin? Make her slutty enough so she can potentially reach enough desires to enable the sex act. Then get to a goblin-heavy room and let them do their thing. Or maybe save-scum.
- Do you mean the CCMod? Then, yes, sure. The preg content is fully optional and the mod is expanded a lot to tweaking existing functionalities. It makes it very easy to customize your experience without delving much into the code. Maybe give it a go after a few runs once you are familiar with most of the game mechanics.
- I try to keep my order around 30-50 depending on the situation. So if you fight a lot and can take on most rooms, you can keep the order lower to get more subsidies. But keep a little buffer in case of riots (not lower than ~20). Higher order means less income, but easier enemies she has to fight and less waves per room. Adjust the control depending on your ability to get the order back daily.

DISCLAIMER: Before editing any files, back them up including your saves. If stuff does not work in your game and you want to write a post here, PLEASE mention that you modded the game and what you edited. (And don't even think about reporting bugs to the devs with a modded game.) The original game is quite stable (after a few updateswww\js\pluginsand can be opened with any text editor (using more powerful editors like Notepad++ or VSCode makes editing easier).
VERSIONS: Most tweaks were made for older versions of the game. But they often cover core concepts that don't change in each update (exept maybe line numbers and such). Thus, they'll work in newer versions. The version in brackets after each tweak is the last version for which I looked into it.
Blue version numbers mean I'm sure they still work up to that version, green numbers mean I've verified and tested it in that version and yellow is for outdated tweaks. However, if things change and stuff breaks, please let me know. I'll then probably update either the original post or make a new one (depending on the extent of change).

The correct way to achieve lust? Let her do the things that you want her to do more. Goblins show up in the bar once you have 5 bar reputation (you can check your rep on a little note in the bar room). Gobliins are much more likely to act in the reception if she's distracted (by processing files, talking to people, etc.).
